Good people, Good grooming service which made for a very happy Alfie and me, what's not to like.

Our dog has used training, day care and grooming services at City Paws - all of them have been good. Training - we’ve been given loads of tips and sent things to work on at home. Grooming - he comes back looking smart and happy. We’ve tried other groomers and they were not as good on either front. Daycare - the online booking is really helpful. The team take time to bond on collection rather than rush him even though they‘ve got a whole pack up to load up on their route. They seem to take time to try to understand the temperament of the dogs and which dogs are happy to be together. They also change the fields from visit to visit which means he gets variety, which is great.

Fantastic service and very helpful with tips and knowledge for what my puppy needed .

I Have now been a frequent and loyal customer at City Paws for many years and they never fail to disappoint. The Groomer Cristi is absolutely amazing. He always does my two white labradoodles, Jack and Georgie, so well despite them both having very different textures of fur. He is also amazing with misbehaving dogs and still does them to the best quality possible.

Sent my new rescue dog to City Paws Club to help him socialise with other dogs and people. He always comes home happy and tired and the staff are always very helpful and cant do enough to accommodate last minute changes to bookings. More than happy to recommend City Paws Club to anyone who wants a fun filled daycare for their pup!

Looks like a fun place and I can see that my dogs are enjoying it. However, any open space with lots of toys and games will be a dog heaven. I have used this day care twice for my two dogs. First time one of them came back with a canine flu, the second time the other one catch conjunctivitis. Now I can imagine that is also each dog owner responsibility to not send out there a sick dog, but I think it is also the center responsibility to reject or identify and isolate the sick dogs. Unfortunately I will not use them again, even it was an easy and fast solution for when needed.

Roki loves City Paws Club!
All staff are very friendly and professional. On many occasions I requested for Roki to be picked up last minute and they have always been able to accommodate us.
They always send me plenty of photos and videos of Roki playing with other dogs, and Roki seems to be having lots of fun with his dog friends. He always comes back tired, goes straight to bed and sleeps through until the following morning 😁

We’ve recently enrolled our 7month old rescue pup at City Paws Club for weekly doggydaycare. Although he has only been twice so far, we are so happy with their service. They are so good to him; he was initially unsure of strangers but has fallen in love with his new pack! We receive regular updates via photos and videos throughout the day, and they drop him off freshly cleaned and exhausted from his play day! Highly recommend City Paws Club!

Rocco, our lively Lagotto, loves his days out at City Paws Club. Being off the lead and having the freedom to run round a field all day differentiates City Paws from a standard dog walker. On top of that the team have been working on Rocco's social skills and even at 10 years old these have really improved. Special praise and thanks to Becky for this, who has put real time and effort into training Rocco.

I cannot recommend City Paws Club enough. My dog adores Philip who picks him up in the morning and senses him at the front door and goes mad with happiness knowing what his day ahead holds! Philip is fantastic with communication, really friendly & clearly adores dogs. They send me daily photos & updates showing me doggy heaven with everything that is on offer and he comes back washed & worn out with his day. They are professional on every manner you expect from an extremely efficiently run doggy day care. I couldn’t be happier for my fur ball - thank you!

Klara just loves City Paws. She's an energetic 11 month old pup who thrives being outside and meeting new dogs and people. Philip and Clara take such great care of her I do not hesitate to send her off every morning. She's a happy, better behaved dog and we enjoy receiving daily updates on her day.

Our pet Junior has been going to City Paws daycare from 3 months onward and all I can say is those 2 days are the best days of the week for him. He is excited to jump in the van and loves all his carers. As a first time dog owner, we reviewed a few daycare before choosing City Paws and were regularly told not to expect much dog training from them. However, City Paw has helped Junior to learn how to play with dogs, reduce barking, increase his agility and focus. Junior is also doing his 1-1 training with Matt which has really helped us as owners learn the importance of not just tiring the dog physically but mentally as well. Matt has given us some great tips and agility game ideas that we can play with Junior to keep his engaged. I also appreciate the flexibility of staff members during pick up and drops. I highly recommend City Paws to other dog owners.

My one year old Tibetan Terrier, Harvey, thoroughly loves attending City Paws, it is his best day of the week. He goes off in the morning with his tail wagging and doesn’t look back. He is returned clean and happy. He has also had the benefit of one to one training with Matt which has been so helpful. Harvey is a pretty social chap who likes nothing more than bounding after other dogs to play. Matt has helped me increase Harvey’s concentration as well as dramatically improving his recall. I couldn’t recommend the training and daycare enough.

My dog sonny has been to a few daycares and I can honestly say I have never seen him so excited everyday to go and play with his human and dog friends as he does with city paws club. He is literally scratching at the door and running into the van!! The daily pictures and videos make me smile so much. He has never looked happier and in such caring company.
I feel happy and safe every day knowing my dog is having the best time and is well cared for.
Such a wonderful service and people.

City Paws Club is a great day out for dogs that live in the city.

The new puppy paddock is amazing! Matt has offered one on one training with my pup to get him up to speed and learn new tricks! It's a safe and quiet environment.

Matt, Clara and the team treat my dog as if it were their own and the best thing is at the end of the day he comes back clean and very tired.

My dog Molly is a Romanian rescue and has been going to City Paws day care since January. She ABSOLUTELY loves it.....can't wait to get out the door for Clara in the mornings and I get such fabulous photos of her every time she visits....the team have now started to teach her agility on their new course and i couldn't be more delighted - she'll do anything for a treat!
She comes home absolutely exhausted having had the best time.

My dog is a Greek rescue who came to live with me at the start of the year. I needed to get her into a doggy day care (pre-covid life) while I’d be at work. I tried out a couple of day cares, neither really were right for her or kept me updated on how she was doing throughout the day.
I tried CPC about 2 months ago and it has been absolutely great. The staff that collect her have been nothing but lovely every drop off and collection. They’ve been really understanding that she’s still a bit nervous getting into the van and I think she’s improving. I’m told that dogs are out in different fields based on their size, age and temperament so that’s good to know too.
The updates I get in the day show she’s having a great day, having way more fun there than she usually does on the sofa with me!
At the moment, she goes for the minimum one day a week, as I’m working at home. This is still so handy that I think it’s completely worth it.
Apparently CPC used to do Saturdays but has stopped due to lack of demand. It would be good when this starts up again as it’ll be useful some weekends too.
I’ve also not done a winter there yet, so it’ll be interesting to see how she copes in the cold and wet...
Overall though, I’ve personally had a brilliant experience and, dependent on the specific dog, would definitely recommend.

Our two dogs are very much have enjoyed there first two day care sessions, always come back very sleepy and worn out and happy would deffo recommend to anyone who wants there pups to have a adventure day! Looking forward to trying out there boarding facility’s in the future !

Since the Lower Richmond Road shop opened, my dog Fergus has partaken in daycare, boarding and grooming services. He’s a bit shy at the start of any day but always returns to me happy and worn out after a day at camp...and the team is happy to share stories about his activities (as well as send the occasional photo when time allows). Having also had the opportunity to do several of the community walks the store has arranged, Ive had a chance to watch the fun ways the staff engage with my pup and run through some new activities with him (like trying out obstacle challenges). Whether on a walk or just in conversation at the shop the team has also been great about gently making suggestions when I’ve asked about how to better correct some more challenging behaviours. Their advice has been very appreciated.
