Fantastic quality and outstanding service.The only fly in the ointment was UK borders intercepted them and charged me £155 taxes. But then Cigar Smokes kindly gave me 100 reward points . Superb company

My cigars were stopped by customs
My cigars were stopped by customs. By the time customs had written to me and I had replied my cigars lay opened for ten days. That time spent presumably I some drawer in a warm office meant my cigars were unsmokeable. I had no option but to throw them in the bin. If cigar smokes had marked my package goods rather than cigars I would have had no problems with Customs

Zeer tevreden over de service en de kwaliteit van de sigaren. Eerste levering werd in beslag genomen door de douane. Na een mail werd een nieuwe levering gedaan zonder extra kosten. Levering reeds ontvangen, deze keer alles is goed verlopen. Aanrader

I strongly suspect these cigars a fake
I strongly suspect these cigars a fake, because (i) the seals on the box were broken and (ii) the colour and quality of the outer tobacco wrap and also the taste are completely different to Hoya de Monterrey Epicure #2 that I have bought elsewhere.
Secondly, the weight of the package (which determines how much import duty I pay) was higher than the actual weight.
