To address your concern, I would like to clarify that all the cigars that our company sells are 100% authentic, we have sold them in the duty-free markets in Europe for many years, passing all international regulations and complying with tobacco laws.
We also inform you that our supplier is the only authorized distributor of Habanos de Cuba, Habanos S.A., we dispatch each box as we receive it from the factory, in a sealed master box, with its corresponding labels, seals, and rings.
The taste has nothing to do with the authenticity, since this can vary due to many circumstances, and, mostly, customers are suggested that once they receive the cigars, they keep them in a humidor for 14 days, with a humidity of 70%.
If you have already carried out this process and still have the same inconveniences, we invite you to send us an email at info@cigarsmokes.com, regarding this issue, and we will solve it.

I've shared all pictures 3 times already. And still no satisfactory resolvement. They're still claiming that I haven't sent any pictures. Really appalling service.

They send fake cigars!
They send fake cigars!
Ordered 6 cigars, all fake.
The labels look not even close to the origional ones.
Also the taste isn't like an cuban.
If you post an negative review on their own webshop, they just don't public it.
*Edit*
After contacting the shop, they continue to insist on how real the cigars should be.
Believe me, if you see the photo of a real bolivar from an official LCDH shop, and their so-called edicion limitada, you'll see that their strap doesn't even look like a real one.
Never mind the taste, it doesn't even come close to a real cuban, more like a heavy maduro.
Be warned folks, and read multiple reviews before ordering here!
