Beware FAKE cigars!!!!
Just received my order No.C54616
These are such bad fakes I can’t believe you have the cheek to sell them.
The bands are so badly done, I burst out laughing even before I fully unpacked them! They’re clearly not made well or with anything resembling Cuban tobacco.
Notice the very noticeable differences, strangely the real one doesn’t have oversized blurred appearance with all three “cigars” with an identical tear mark to the left hand side starting under the B of Bolivar, real shame you can’t upload photos here, you’d see it for yourselves how bad these are! As for the taste etc. wouldn’t be able to comment as these went straight in the bin!!

These are such bad fakes I can’t believe they have the cheek to sell them.
The bands are so badly done, I burst out laughing even before I fully unpacked them! They’re clearly not made well or with anything resembling Cuban tobacco.
I really hope someone catches up with these guys, can’t believe Habanos haven’t closed them down, absolutely appalling and they should feel ashamed.

In response to your complaint, following our shipping procedures, It must be the owner of the order, the only person in charge to receive the cigars.
In your case, another person was going to receive the order. However, if a third party is going to be responsible for picking up the cigars, the owner of the account must send us a copy of the ID and a copy of the credit card , just showing the last 4 digits (Not the full credit card information).
This is a verification process that ensures and guarantees that the owner of the order is aware and agrees to us to ship the cigars to another person.
We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you soon.

I came very close to having a criminal…
I came very close to having a criminal conviction because these people sent cigars via Irish post. The order was returned 3x times prior to this. I was assured by "cigar smokes" that they were investigating why the package was turned back.it turned out no investigation had taken place. I was nearly criminally charged

We fully understand your frustration, but it is the customer's responsibility to check their local customs regulation before ordering.
As the second time, we sent the cigars and you received them successfully.
However, our company began an investigation with the logistics department to verify if there are new policies regarding tobacco that are complicating shipments to that country.
