Overall will think twice before ordering next time, as really should consider have telephone customer service & definitely change courier company (if I know is APC will not purchase , already left negative review on APC , as this is not the first time courier company let me down-liars, take 2/4 days to deliver instead of nx day-no customer service).

Hi Harry,
I’m sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with APC. We do offer DPD as an alternative option on the website for just £1 extra (it costs us a lot more than this…).
In terms of our customer service department, we can employ an extra member of staff to sit and answer emails on a Saturday and Sunday, but this will involve us raising the prices of our Bouquet gifts. We don’t personally feel that this is warranted at this time, given that we get less than 20 emails through over the weekend.

Ordered the kinder bouquet for my partner and he was speechless. He absolutley loved his gift😍 Everything was nicely packed and i was shocked on how fast the delivery came. I will definitely be ordering from here again, my new place to order bouquets. Great for any occasion❣ thankyou for excellent service!💯

Terrible Customer Service - AVOID
Order arrived damaged, emailed customer service who weren’t helpful at all, didn’t even bother to apologise or look into what happened. Ordered the gift as a 21st Birthday present so I was extremely disappointed. AVOID this company, after looking at the other reviews I can see that others have had the similar issue.

Your order was from August 2020 and you contacted us about it last week, almost 10 months after ordering it. Unfortunately there is nothing that we can do when you have had the item for 10 months already...
Don’t order from Celebrate Gifts
I would strongly advise ordering through Amazon and not direct from Celebrate Gifts. If your delivery is messed up ( My Mother’s Day gift arrived 3 days late - very upset Mum ) all they do is take no responsibility and offer - eventually - the delivery charge back! Amazon would refund the lot and it wouldn’t take SIX weeks.

The gift was amazingly presented. The box it is delivered in is beautiful.
The customer services team was amazing when I had to call them because somehow I had managed to put the postcode wrong on the order.
But they changed it for me without issue.
And my mum was delighted with her gift that suited her tastes perfectly. Would use again for sure.

I have ordered quite a few of these chocolate bouquets over this last year for birthdays etc and I have (and the people who have received them) have not been disappointed. Would definitely recommend.
