Exceptional! Seriously! I rarely post reviews, but they are good. In short the process is like this: after sign up, you will chat with an AI. it will gather some data, then transfer to a registered provider. Their website says either a medical practitioner or a Nurse Practitioner. For me, every time it has been with a doctor (I say this because I see his CPSO code on the lab work requisition). You will get notified by email when they are reviewing ur concern. Their platform needs a bit of improvement, but overall the service is amazing for a non emergency. And it doesn't replace in person and family doctor, obviously. But I'm highly satisfied. I wish them success in their business, as this will help the patients as well.
