Exchange an amazon gift card and no problem so far.

I'll change my review if I am paid. Money taken from gift card immediately, so there should be no reason to wait. My order has been stuck in received status for over 2 days. No response via chat, reached out via email. I would not recommend. I should be paid immediately if my gift card is drained immediately.

I sold my card and it is now 14 days since anyone has contacted me! I didn’t receive any money from primo and no live person has contacted me! I need a lawyer to help me get my money back

I submitted the gift card information a week ago and they have taken the funds out of the gift card, but I have still not received payment. I’ve tried emailing and submitting request through the chat and have not received any responses. Also, the phone number on the website is disconnected. This feels like a scam. PRIMO-AB30F0-90F4

Send an email to support and they explained the process. But the wait time is really painful if you need quick cash.

I wanted to trust the process but I think this company may be a scam. I’ve been waiting two days in the pending review status and I know two days may not be long but it is when my gift card has already been applied to another customers account and I have yet to receive any funds. I used the chat feature on the site and miles just says the someone is working on it and that I’m marked as priority but I don’t see any progress and very poor communication. He will also say he’s transferring me to a live agent (cooper) but the agent never connects. I email support and only got one response out of the few times I sent an email requesting an update. I just don’t understand how my card can already be applied to an account but I haven’t received a payout. Reference number PRIMO-AD780B-6C3C

If i could give 0 Stars i would!!!! Do not use this business for selling your gift card, They will scam you(Use your funds) & Not process a payment promptly. They are desperate and they are very unprofessional. Be sure to use other trusted sites. Do not trust these people or the so called general manager “justin Cooper” it does not take hours to approve someone for a payment mind you, You already used the funds off the persons card. Be forreal you money hungry bums!!!!! Yall got the right one though i will tell you that much

If I could give it zero stars I would! Horrible customer service and they stole two Home Depot gift cards that they wiped clean. One card was for $200 and the other card was for $300 and they took both balances within an hour of me submitting it on their website. Their chat is useless. It has been four days and I have gotten nowhere. The online tracking system is still at the first stage and has not moved. I was promised I would get my refund today and I have not. They took $500 and gave me nothing! If my two gift cards are not processed and deposited in my cash app today, I promise you I am going to lower your rating is I am going to repeatedly post negative reviews wherever I can find online.

I’m curious why the customer service an agent has not commented on my post when others have posted after me and they have commented on.

My experience with this firm is terrible because they are cheaters, and they will not process your payout because they are not reliable. I would say #Crop# Mines# is exceptional in their service and pays their user on time without any stress.

I am so disappointed in their service and customer relation, steer away from them because nothing good comes out here. I would rather invest my money in a more profitable platform like # ... lvlhsh...# they are very reliable and assures good returns.

Received the payment via crypto but it took a few days to clear the money.

Well to be completely honest I have been waiting 11 days and 14 hrs and finally I received my payment so if you're willing to wait for the verification you will get paid for your gift card so sometimes the verification takes longer than what it states but that's okay because they did really pay me this morning. I gsve 3 stars because of the lenth of time it took to get paid and the customer support sucks and could have been better. Thanks gcprimo

If i could give negative stars i would! They used my gift card and I can’t get in touch with a human to speak with! Customer service sucks! They used it after I requested them to cancel because I didn’t want to sell anymore! This is completely unacceptable behavior and I want my gift card back!

I’ve been waiting for 8 days now, my balance has been taken off my gift card, and I’ve not received any money. The only time I’ve talked to a real person is when I emailed them, got the same exact answer twice now, saying the payments team would review my submission. If anything changes I’ll edit my review but I definitely would not use this platform to sell a gift card.

Edit: The following day after I posted this review, I did indeed receive my money, so overall that’s all I wanted, could have been faster with a little better communication, they did pay though!

This is one of the worst companies to deal with everything that advertise on their website is a lie and when you try to contact, it’s not alive human agent it’s just but who keeps on giving you the same stupid answers back to back. I submitted my gift card from Best Buy for $200 on June 24 approximately 2 PM and the original impression I was given was that it would take less than eight hours now this card was not used. It had the receipt of the card which I submitted along with it and as a friend and the payment was via Zelle, which everybody knows just Minutes now after five days and eight hours still there is no status Update. I contacted the supervisor which I have worked a different companies and never came across people who I just either plain stupid or they think they can get away with their stupid lies because the customers don’t know anything better. I think Mission should do something about these kind of websites with these promises and stuff you know because when they promise you that you submit a card with everything validated, which is because I can already tell that the card has been transferred you know you can get paid off within eight hours after five days with countless email chain back to back asking questions on the status update and getting the same stupid response over and over and this is actually coming from one of the supervisors that is being reviewed now the world itself being reviewed. I have looked it up in the Webster dictionary, but these guys have given it a whole new meaning stay away from this kind of companies do yourself a favor give the car to some charities. I think you’ll get a better blessing of this than dealing with these kind of people.

Which is all by the same people and at one point a couple weeks ago it was ran by the same people too. I submitted them $400 worth of eBay gift cards four days later the site is down doesn’t exist all my emails that I wrote to them, I start bouncing back to me.

Same people who ran GC Circle, same scam happening. I lost $400 in Visa gift cards that still hasn’t been paid out or recovered from GC Circle. They shut down the site and conveniently stopped replying to reviews there just to switch to this site.

As for previous responses from the site that claim they are not affiliated with GC Circle, the FAQ on your Primo website still says GC Circle. It’s obviously the same.
