Vous devriez mettre vos messages en français ou au moins bilingues! Le vendeur n’avait aucun intérêt à répondre à mes questions, j’ai dû moi-même regarder le livret d’instruction pour avoir la réponse à ma question. Le prix pour la livraison est exorbitant, et taxé en plus! Le tiroir de la cuisinière était sale, le vendeur m’a juste dit de le laver moi-même…un vendeur attentionné aurait pris la peine de nettoyer le tiroir…

I received the new fridge but it had a
I received the new fridge but it had a big crack inside it. Had to go through GE warranty and now I have to wait at least 2 wks to get it replaced! Very inconvenient as I needed this fridge for my in-law who is visiting for a month so it deceived the purpose of purchasing the fridge! You would think that the item would be checked for damages before delivery!

Service mean everything
I bought a very expansive range double oven from GE.
Part of the induction stove is not heating
Tried to reach customer service 2 days after, they are sending me to GE, GE says it’s a CAS issue.
I have no update so far and we’re 2 weeks after the fact.

La personne qui nous a reçu était très…
La personne qui nous a reçu était très gentille mais n’avait pas la compétence pour nous guider adéquatement pour cet achat, aussi lorsque le four est arrivé nous nous sommes rendus compte qu’il n’était pas de la bonne dimension.
Par contre les deux jeunes livreurs ont été très adéquats et très serviables

Nous regrettons d'apprendre que votre appareil est arrivé endommagé.
Veuillez comprendre que CAS reçoit tous les appareils scellés en usine par le fabricant.
Il nous est donc impossible de savoir si un appareil est endommagé.
C'est pourquoi, lorsqu'un problème est signalé, nous veillons à ce qu'il soit traité dans le cadre de la garantie, d'où la réparation.

That I was able to contact customer…
That I was able to contact customer service and talk to the person that sold me the washing machine I thought was awesome and if I needed his help again that I could call and ask for him and he saved me money by telling me that shipping cost were very high and I could come and pick it up myself which I did. Thank you so much yours truly Ellie bulgozdi.

After two purchases from this company…
After two purchases from this company it seems to me that the sales personnel are not well versed on the products they sell. No opinions, suggestions etc. Not like the old days when a sales person took pride in their work. Plus, once the sale has been completed it is impossible to contact the sales person. My third purchase was from Home Depot and surprisingly the person who assisted me was able to make suggestions and answer questions without running to the internet.
