Satisfait de l’attitude du vendeur ( succursale de Longueuil), et des livreurs. L’engagement de livraison rapide à été respecté: livraison le lendemain de l’achat et nous avons pu suivre le temps de livraison par tracking. Les livreurs ont repris notre vieil appareil.

Réponses contradictoires. Demandez une livraison partielle dès le départ
Mise à jour du commentaire initial suite à la réponse ci-bas de CAS:
Lors de la vente, on m’avait pourtant dit qu’il n’y avait aucun problème d’attendre que tout soit disponible avant la livraison, que ce qui était en stock allait être conservé. J’ai contacté le « chat » sur le service clientèle. La Première réponse que j’ai obtenue était que ce n’était pas possible puisque la commande était incomplète. Toutefois, en redemandant, j’ai fini par avoir une livraison partielle.
Commentaire initial:
Au moment de l’achat, un seul produit (sur 4) n’était pas disponible. 1 mois plus tard, lorsque le produit manquant arrive, c’est au tour d’un autre produit à devenir manquant… ils vendent les produits déjà promis à un autre client, ce qui fait en sorte que ça prend une éternité avant d’avoir vos électroménagers.

Ce n'est certainement pas l'expérience de vente que nous aimerions que vous ayez.
Veuillez noter que nous n'avons aucun contrôle sur les délais des fabricants.
Nous ne gardons pas les appareils sur la commande d'un client pour plus de 9 jours.
Cela permet d'éviter tout dommage dans notre entrepôt, étant donné que nous recevons chaque jour de nouvelles livraisons de la part du fabricant.
Nous recommandons donc à nos clients d'accepter la livraison de leurs appareils qui sont en stock.
En ce qui concerne les appareils en rupture de stock, nous offrons aux clients la possibilité de les resélectionner.
Vous pouvez contacter votre représentant de vente pour toute assistance supplémentaire.

Very helpful sales staff.

I had a great service with my representative Alexandre Lamother, he was very helpfull and very helpfull since I forgot to give my airmiles at first, he added it and then I decided to buy the pair...so he added it to my purchase and gave me the rebate since I bought the pair..he anserwed all my questions promptly.
now let's see if the delivery and installation will go as well
