Lazytime sofa and Easytime chair
Firstly
I’d travelled to London from Cornwall to try out these sofas in the sale and was expecting to be disappointed as the prices were so amazingly cheap.
I wasn’t disappointed at all and was convinced very quickly by the quality and comfort.
I was able to wander around the store sitting on all the sofas without being bothered but when I was ready for assistance Ishraq at the Tottenham Court Road store was very helpful and prepared quotes for the various permutations I was interested in. When I ordered online the person on the other end of the line was also really patient and pleasant and then the confirmation came through from Ishraq.
Seamless service so far and I’m looking forward to my new furniture.

Excellent service - adding extra pieces to some bought a few years ago
I bought a set of ballet wide dining chairs in 2020 - we are delighted with them and are all still as good as new (nice herringbone fabric called crest). When I contacted Camerich to get the equivalent in bar stools for my kitchen island I was delighted that the same fabric/finish etc was available. I sent some photos to Ishraq who really helped me with the decision on aesthetics and then processed the order effortlessly by phone and email. The payment link was very efficient too.
And delighted with the price in your November sale! Many thanks Ishraq for your help. I look forward to receiving the new ballet bar stools.

Excellent experience
We had the pleasure of buying a sofa from the Kings Road show room. There was a great variety of sofas and very knowledgeable staff, particularly Carolina Ferreyra who helped us pick the perfect sofa.
The whole experience was great, Carolina was attentive but also gave us the space we needed to try out alternatives and weigh up options which is the exact experience that you would want when purchasing a big ticket item like a high end sofa.
We are very happy with our decision and would highly recommend.

New cover for an old sofa
I had bought a sofa from Camerich about 7 years ago and was very happy with my purchase. Recently I ordered a new cover which arrived within the time limit I was given and was fitted by a Camerich professional fitter. Looks like a brand new sofa now. Carolina has very helpful throughout the whole process which went very smoothly and I have been very happy with my new cover.

Amazing friendly professional service
Amazing friendly professional and knowledgeable service. I purchased a lot of items on a couple of separate occasions to fully furnish a new apartment and the service and help I received from Emily Poynton was outstanding. She is a real asset to teh company.

Always helpful and professional service
We have been Camerich customers for a while, and this is not the first time Ishraq has assisted us. Every time she has been extremely helpful, attentive and professional.
Most recently, she supported us again with our marble dining table order. I asked her to give me a call so I could get her advice directly, and she phoned me straight away, which I really appreciated.
Ishraq has guided us through several purchases before, and each time her advice has been excellent. It is always a pleasure dealing with her, and we truly value her support.

I'm obsessed with my new couch
I'm obsessed with my new couch, and the whole process couldn't have been easier. Thanks to Carolina we were able to make a decision quickly and were sitting on our new couch less than a week later. Delivery was great and simple, and the showroom is so pleasant. I highly recommend visiting the showroom in West London. Carolina was so kind and gave us all the info and space we needed to have a good look and make the right decision. 10/10 experience!!!

I bought a Chamerich chair 10 years…
I bought a Chamerich chair 10 years ago. The chair is wonderful but, through use, the black arms had started to fade a little. I emailed Camerich to ask if they could recommend a product that I could buy and apply, which might renovate the chair. They did much more. They immediately posted a repair kit, which I quickly received and applied to the chair. The chair now looks like new again. Emily at Camerich gets 5 stars.
