West End showroom visit
I went into Camerich's West End show room during their sale last week. It was busy, but I didn't have to wait long to be helped by their amazing team.
Nisya saw me looking a little lost and came to my aid, helping me pick a nice fabric for my bed. She was refreshingly honest, I loved having her opinion on different things. It was like shopping with an interior designer friend.
Ordering was easy, and the sale price was fantastic. This was my first Camerich experience, and it won't be my last.
My only complaint is that I wish it would come faster ;)

An excellent shopping experience with Nisya at Camerich
We had such a positive experience buying our sofa. Nisya from the West End showroom was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, helping us work out the best options for the space we had without ever making us feel rushed. We even had our energetic two‑year‑old with us, and she couldn’t have been kinder or more understanding. Her guidance made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, and we left feeling confident we’d made the right choice. We absolutely love our sofa!

Ishraq was so helpful when we were in the store in Fulham. The Camerich team go above and beyond
The Camerich team are a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service and keeping customers happy. Robyn Burns is an outstanding talent and together with Cemran Lagap worked through multiple iterations to provide us with a configuration and solution that met our needs. We have now taken delivery of our Epic sofas and Venus lounge chairs and are absolutely over the moon with the end result. Thank you for all your help and support, it was amazing!

Crescent Bed
We had to move delivery dates around due to a house move. The Camerich team were extremely flexible. Lexi provided fantastic service and product knowledge. The bed is perfect and looks amazing in our new home.

Great customer service
The staff at the Tottenham Court Road showroom have been very professional and helpful, particularly Steve and Lexi. Due to our indecision, we ended up buying the same sofa twice! Steve helped us with this process patiently, for which we’re very grateful. The sofa we bought is extremely comfortable, and looks great.

Fantastic service
I have recently purchased a 4 seater deep Easy Time sofa from Camerich on Tottenham Court Road and the service has been fantastic. Due to my own indecision, this process has taken a couple of months but the staff in store have been patient and helpful throughout. I initially dealt with Lola who was really helpful in talking me through the options and informing me that I could put down a refundable deposit during the sale and return to the same price when I'd made up my mind.
A few weeks passed and I returned to the store to be helped by Dereece, who was so lovely and helpful (and patient with my back and forth on colours and fabrics!). He helped me choose without being pushy and has reassured me through the whole process.
There is a long wait for these products at the moment, and so I have yet to receive my sofa but the customer service so far has been 5 star.

Excellent experience with Cemran at the Swiss Cottage store
Yesterday we went into the Swiss Cottage store as we wanted to look at TV units /sideboards and Cemran welcomed us. She was the perfect sales person, attentive, knowledgeable about the products in the store but also allowed space to discuss. We ended up buying a TV unit as well as a beautiful coffee table in Carrara marble. She was very efficient in processing the order which she followed up with an email. Would highly recommend Cemran as she was friendly and warm In her interactions with us.

Brilliant company to deal with!

Outstanding sales assistance!
We visited the Tottenham Court Road store to look for a sofa, and thanks to Bade Sazer’s professional advice and endless patience, we ended up purchasing two coffee tables as well. A great ordering experience! Now we are waiting to receive the items ordered, I’m sure we’ll love them!!!

Great service
We decided to replace the large cushion that you sit on of our Camerich sofa after 12 years. Carolina Ferreyra was really brilliant and sorted everything out really quickly. I was very impressed with how efficient Carolina was and how simple the whole procedure was. Great service!

Great service at Chelsea showroom
I had a pleasant and easy experience buying 2 bedroom side tables at the Chelsea/Fulham showroom. Ishraq showed me all the choices and colours and answered all my question in a friendly and helpful way. She also made the ordering process nice and simple.
