Damaged product with poor customer service
We received our order 10 days ago and unfortunately the item was quite damaged. As the box looked ok my only assumption is that the item was shipped to us with zero quality control review. We have been trying to organise a resolution and still have no confirmation of a collection date and refund. I finally managed to get through to customer service today, he was in no way apologetic but agreed to try and sort out collection this afternoon. Once again we have heard nothing and have no idea when this will be picked up (though I explained more than once that I am full term pregnant and so time is of the essence!)
This is a large item that we have spent over £1000 on and we are so disappointed in the quality and customer service we gave received. Please be careful if you are using this company in the future!

Great product. Disappointing Delivery
Really disappointed with the overall service, which is such a shame as the product itself is excellent.
After spending over £1,000, I would expect the entire experience to be seamless, with delivery and customer service matching the quality of the product. Unfortunately, the delivery experience with AIT was terrible and fell well below the standard I would expect for a purchase of this value.
It’s incredibly frustrating to spend that much money on a product you love, only to have the experience let down by such poor delivery service. The product deserves five stars, but the overall experience certainly doesn’t.
A real shame, and an experience that has taken away from what should have been a really positive purchase.

I bought 2 magbulbs from Atkins & Thyme and one was missing it's hook. I emailed them and had no response other than loads of spam emails I did not sign up for. I even filled in their own review.... Nothing. Customer Service is easy when nothing goes wrong, it's when it does you get the measure of a company.

I bought two Aviator armchairs from Atkin & Thyme and absolutely adore them. Eight months after purchase, a fabric defect unexpectedly appeared on one of the seat cushions. Even though several months had passed, the customer service team didn't hesitate for a second to set things right.
Tracy and Pete were exceptionally helpful, polite and quick to respond. They immediately arranged for a brand new replacement chair to be delivered.
These chairs are gorgeous investment pieces, and knowing that Atkin & Thyme truly stands by the quality of their furniture even months down the line gives me so much confidence in them as a brand. Exceptional service!
