Excellent brand and personal service. Nisya in particular was very helpful and easy to contact through the whole process. She even threw in a free cushion to make up for complications.

above and beyond
i spent quite some time comparing sofa options but i chose camerich not just because of the sofa but because i knew i needed good customer service as i was shipping overseas and deadlines were tight. Camerich and specifically Astin more than delivered. they made me feel taken care of through out the process and once i finally get my sofa in my new home overseas i can comment on the product but i am confident it will be good/

Bought my sofa and bed from Camerich Swiss cottage after our interior designer recommended them to us. Great store. The furniture there is high quality and the service top notch. The sales girl Cemran was a delight, very professional and helpful with a good knowledge of her brand she represented. Really looking forward to receiving my furniture.

The service from Camerich was great from the moment I entered the shop. I found the staff extremely patient and helpful whilst I changed my mind again and again over fabric choices. The after sales care is very good too - prompt and helpful responses. Would recommend.

High Class Outfit
I ordered a number of pieces from this retailer. I have used them before and not only found the furniture items to be of high quality, but also a consistent level of very good service from their staff. I would mention Ishraq who held our hands throughout the ordering process and couldn't have been more helpful. Also a mention for Nisya who helped us in store. Both were very patient as we debated various options and combinations but never hurried or hassled us to make the sale. I would definitely recommend Camerich for a high class furniture shopping experience.

Great service and high quality product
We purchased a new dining table, first viewed in the Tottenham Court Road Store. We placed our order by phone. The whole ordering process was easy and efficient, with great communication from Nisya, our sales advisor. Delivery time was as specified, and we are delighted with the product which is stylish and well made. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend the products and the whole experience at Camerich enough! Firstly they have the most professional and friendly staff who go above and beyond to help with all questions and whole customer journey! Veridiana who showed us all the sofas we were interested in, she explained to us without rushing and took her time to make sure we had no more questions left and provided her recommendations for our space. Throughout the whole journey she was on top of her game - answering timely and professionally and made us feel at ease, we knew exactly when to expect the furniture, made the payment process easy and felt supported all the time. I went back and forth for a month to decide on the fabric and colour and she was patient and helpful letting me take home samples to try in my space etc! I waited to write this review to receive the sofa and ottoman and see the fabric and everything together after assembly - no flaw! Amazing experience and I would be back! Thank you Veridiana!! Delivery as promised - if not faster actually and the guys who delivered it and put it together were also friendly and careful. I would recommend Camerich furniture to anyone and I will be back for more.

Ishraq at the West End showroom is a credit to Camerich
We purchased an L shape sofa from the West End showroom and during the whole process Ishraq just by herself answered all our questions, came up with solutions and concluded the sale. I must say I was quite impressed by her professional attitude and eagerness to help.

Fantastic overall experience
Very professional and attentive service from the team in London's West End location - big thank you to Lexi, Carolina and Ishraq in particular! We had a tricky home access issue for delivery of our chosen sofa, and the team helped us find a solution quickly and without us being significantly out of pocket. The communication was clear and prompt, despite us asking lots of questions and changing our mind on the model - we always felt cared for! A superior service all around.

Great furniture, good value, excellent service
I casually wandered in the shop, in central
London, to take a look and walked out with furnishings for most of my apartment. This was entirely due to the store Manager, Lexi and I’m very grateful to her for the help, advice and ongoing support she gave me.

Exceptional Quality Furniture and Outstanding Service!
I had an outstanding experience with Camerich London. Their products are of exceptional quality, beautifully designed, timeless, and crafted with great attention to detail. Every piece I purchased was a fantastic add-on to my client's property .
A special mention must go to Sabrina, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was patient, knowledgeable, and guided me through every step, making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her professionalism and friendly approach made the experience seamless and enjoyable.

Qing Swivel Chairs
We ordered two Qing swivel chairs at Tottenham Court Road. The team were excellent in offering us options from stock or to order and we finally ordered by phone after visiting the store. Lexi Stoklosa was brilliant in dealing with us and honouring discussions that happened in the store. The chairs have now been delivered and we are really pleased with the purchase!

Great sofa, great service 
Our experience with camerich was great from the start. Veridiana the design consultant took her time to show us all the available options, all the available fabrics and colours. She also mentioned a very crucial item which was the loan sofa. We were able to order the sofa that was on sale but put a hold on it until our property purchase had been guaranteed and then we were able to progress with the purchase. Veridiana the whole way through was really responsive and attentive. Day after moving into a new home our loan sofa arrived which was great because our sofa only arrive three months later. We really happy with our final sofa and would happily recommend to others.

WOW - A rare and DESERVING 5*
WOW. I do not use this expression lightly! Unbelievable service and value. I contacted Camerich and dealt with Samuel Deacon. I genuinely could not believe how seamless this service was. Within an hour of the call, Sam had provided me a full marked up design plan (against floor plan provided) and a quotation. The quotation was astonishingly good value and frankly I had to look twice! Having staged previous houses before, the value was incomparable and the level of service exceeding. It all felt a little too good to be true until the furniture arrived, which frankly exceeded all my expectations and is some of the nicest I have seen. This is truly a 5* service and product. I could go on for a lot longer but if you are even questioning using this company, do not hesitate. I only had dealings with Samuel who actually visited my property on the day on installation (less than 3 days later) and measured the whole house meticulously in case I needed anything further.
I hope Camerich acknowledges this review and in particular the work carried out for them by Samuel. He is truly and asset to their business! I have already recommended to others who are engaging with Sam and have the same feedback. Keep up the incredible work!
