I had a really lovely experience ordering from Camerich. Winnie was incredibly helpful throughout: warm, patient, and genuinely attentive without ever being pushy. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process feel easy and reassuring.
It’s rare to come across such thoughtful and personable service, and it made a real difference to the experience. I’m very pleased with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Camerich, and especially Winnie, to others.

Bufa sofa

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent. I dealt with Nisya Sabah-Alleyne who was very commercially minded and helpful. She took proactive steps to get the best available package for me, showing independent initiative in following up to secure my order and ensuring that she could offer pricing that responded to my own concerns. Nisya then ensured that the process of order, payment and contact with logistics was smooth and seamless. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Great quality and great service from Lexi
Recently bought several large items from Camerich for an interior design client and we're both really pleased with the furniture items and the service. The quality of the furniture is fabulous and they're very well built and beautifully finished. Lexi, the showroom manager, was incredibly helpful with the buying process, quickly responding to any queries I had and contacting other showrooms on my behalf for further information I needed for items which weren't on show at Tottenham Court Rd.
I have every intention of returning to Camerich for future projects.

Great customer service and quality products
I purchased a sofa from Camerich at Tottenham Court Road after going to about 20 stores. It was exactly what I was looking for. The store manager Lexi provided excellent service as she was very attentive and helpful while I was being indecisive.

Amazing experience with Lexi at the…
Amazing experience with Lexi at the Camerich Tottenham Court Road showroom.
We ordered a couch, table and chairs via her and her help and communication was seamless and transparent throughout. We even let her know we were hosting a dinner party around the delivery date and that it would be very helpful if the items could arrive before. Lexi kept a special eye on the shipment and delivery and managed to get it to us the day before our party which was a great help!
Huge thanks to Lexi for her help and support! Will definitely be keeping an eye on Camerichs future collections to further decorate my home!

Yesterday, I received excellent customer service from Emily Poynton, who was so knowledgeable and helpful with advice as to the recovering of my sofas. She went the extra mile and offered to send me samples of fabric and the quotation arrived very swiftly.
Today I visited the Tottenham Road store and Bade helped me choosing the fabric.
I had a great shopping experience and would like to thank both ladies for their help and advice

Excellent service, flexibility through the whole proceess from offering ideas and options to rental package to reviewing on end of rental and being flexible on allowing to extend, return or purchase on favourable and fair terms over and above what was set out in contract. Was shown a lovely side table by Dereece Leigh-Gayle at TCR and he and the team were able to organise the ordering and delivery to Fulham branch for easy pick up. The side table (slice) is amazing and the shopping experience was top notch. Would highly recommend
