My friend and I eat at the Whiteley venue at least once a month before watching a film at Cineworld. We were served again by the lovely Karen S who always looks after us. Prompt and cheerful service as always with the perfect amount of attentiveness. Food was lovely too and I particularly & repeatedly enjoy the side order of truffled mac n cheese. Looking forward to our next visit and perhaps being well catered for by Karen S yet again.

Waiting staff were lovely, food was quite tasty, just portions were tiny, id asked for another scoop of ice cream on my dessert as it was too dry, but was refused

I’m not a complainer but I think I need to be. The table next to us complained about their food and the got free drinks and a 100% service. Our meal was just ok but we didn’t complain and got nothing at all. My lesson is learnt.I’m Complaining all the way. . Would I return, not a chance

Hello, I am not in the habit of complaining about things, I prefer to just use my feet and go elsewhere if necessary. However, after a family meal at your Southwark, Bar+Block last night was ruined by terrible service, I did feel there should be some feedback left for your head office to read.

We were 6 x adults and 2 x children and after ordering drinks a waiter took our food order.
There was some meals where individuals asked for something to be left off but nothing drastic. Only 2 meals out of 8 were brought to the table correctly as ordered, myself & my wife and one of the children had to send ours away twice before a third attempt brough the correct food. Another meal was brought over cooked and cold and was not eaten. The wait was getting so long we asked our relatives to start eating. These 2 people had finished their meal before I received mine correctly. After that we were still waiting for one standard meal to be delivered, this was for my niece who was the last person to be served, and it was not even delivered wrong it was just very late. This last meal arrived over 30 minutes after the first 2 meals. This was very poor service indeed and I did tell the manager that as we left.

Food was in general OK not great, but the portion size was very small for the price.

Place is in need of refurbishment/ repair- holes in seats/ tatty. Entire bench seat we sat on kept falling off every movement.

Our wedding anniversary : Robbie was brilliant from minute we
Sat down, gave us advice on portion sizes. Unfortunately our starters never came, Robbie was very apologetic. Removed the items from the bill, chatted with us for a while which was very lovely. All in all a great steak dinner despite the mishaps. Robbie was amazing with his Customer service .

Sutton branch- Food was amazing couldn’t fault it. Danielle gave us the best experience ! Always so smiley and made our night x

The restaurant is disgusting when it comes to customer service. Myself and my dear friend went there to eat as a birthday treat for both of us. The manager came to us and said they had a party of 20 come in who wanted their meals immediately. He said that there would be a wait. He told us we could purchase drinks whilst we wait. I told him that under circumstances it would be good practice to give us a drink on the house. He rudely told us no and shuffled us out rather than have our custom. I could give another reason why.
But I'll leave it right here for the moment. I showed him my press card that he didn't seem bothered with. He may live to regret that. We were at no time rude. I will also be giving my review on tiktok to my 1000s of followers as I do blog food. Ultimately, if their are more than 20 in the restaurant, the service will drop. Sad in this day and age. There's other 'quality' places across the road and around the corner.

I had dinner and breakfast in the Bar and Block in Milton Keynes. Food was great. The breakfast was the best one I have had in a very long time. Fresh hot quality ingredients! The staff were professional friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the experience.

Went for a meal with my partner at bar and block london kings cross,friendly staff and outstanding food aswell,plus a big thankyou to Mr Jay our waiter he was very kind and polite from start to finish took a picture for us aswell

Ate as a family today at the Winnersh branch and wow what a wonderful lunch we had.
3 roasts and 1 burger.
The lamb and beef were cooked to perfection and the accompanying vegetables were fresh and hot.
The burger was also delicious.
Service was friendly and efficient.
Can't wait to return.

Great restaurant and service but do not ask for the coffee and ice cream desert one small tea spoon of ice cream and a touch of coffee very poor...???

Me and my family meet here once a month for breakfast.

The service is great, breakfast menu is served fresh to order and there is always a huge variety of continental breakfast with tea, coffee, fruit juices etc.

The manager is always extremely polite and professional and kids eat FREE!!!

Highly recommend.

Food took over an hour to arrive, forgot our sides and the steak which was requested as medium rare was well done. Waiter couldn’t care less - would recommend avoiding this place

10/10 From the moment of entering, we were greeted by the manager, who gave us the choice of tables as we were eating early!

Wine was perfect

The food was delicious (and hot)

From start to finish, we all were very satisfied.

We will be back.

Went here for our office Christmas lunch in December.
The main thing about this bar was service, it was outstanding. Our waiters name was Waheed and he could not have done more for us. He took time to get to know everyone’s name and a little bit about you. During all interactions he spoke to you by name…personally I found this level of customer service brilliant as not only was he the only server in our area, but the restaurant was busy with tables who looked similar in party size and potentially on their Christmas days out and he still managed to treat everyone individual and bend over backwards to insure anything we asked for was sorted for us.
Literally the kindest man who done exceptional at his job.

Absolute s***show. The service is awful. The food is so mediocre. Go to Nandos. Trust me you’ll thank me! I waited almost 2 hours from the time of my booking to get my food. I chased 3 times for them to take my order and my starter and main were brought together! The staff just kept saying sorry for the delay.

On Wednesday my sister and I took my husband for a meal on his 80th birthday in Wimbledon branch. We don’t drink, so we just ordered the water. The waiter brought the bottle and glasses literally threw it. The table we where sitting had some sand, not clean at all. I made the pictures of it. The place was full of customers and there is only 2 waiters running around. The food was very mediocre and expensive for what it was. No intention of another visit.

Pretty bad time in Hammersmith. They have a chef, called ‘Stephy’. It could be spelt otherwise. She was rude, sweary and shouting at various other members of staff including who I believe to be the manager. We were sat on a table very close to the kitchen so had the pleasure of listening to her foul mouth throughout our visit. We had a fantastic young waiter called Patrick, who did everything in his power to apologise for the environment we were sat in and the extensive waiting times for our food (with a near-empty restaurant at the time). He brought us extra drinks free
Of charge, and between being accused of putting through incorrect orders on the system, he tried to speed up the process of getting our food to us. The food itself was blah. Not much to write home about.

Tip for his patience with the awful chef he’d had to ensure all night and his great service, but otherwise, the state
Of the place and behaviour of the other staff was disgusting.
