I was told that I could have a 14 day trial but I have not received or heard a word so I do not rate this company this is over a week ago maybe it's because I chose the cheapest

My Hearing Test.
The gentleman that tested my hearing was very professional and attentive to my answers to questions about the fittings.
At every stage he explained what he was doing and what I should hear. He arranged for a follow up which I attended to see how everything was and after my explanation, adjustments were made to my devices.
