Our postage cost is £3.99, this is one charge no matter how much you spend. The courier charges £2.99 per return, this is also one charge n matter how much you send back. We are sorry that you feel that this is too much and have passed your comments on to the team.
Our delivery is 5 - 7 working days, this does not include bank holidays or weekends.
We can see that your order was placed on the 19.04.2023 and delivered on the 25.04.2023, the 4th working day, this is within the delivery time frame.
