Whole experience was great. Everything was explained as the test went along and given plenty of time to make a decision afterwards.

Easy to order on line

Easy to order on line. Always deliver on time and in good condition. Doors are far superior to a lot of other companies. Delivery drivers are brilliant.

Strange delivery

Driver rang the bell and when i opened the door my goods were propped up against the garage door and the driver as far as I could tell was back in the van. No communication or asking where I would like my goods putting. Never had a delivery like it. Very strange.

Thank you for your feedback. We truly apologise for the negative experience received.

According to our system information, your delivery is on overnight service level, which we are contracted for an outer door doorstep delivery only, drivers are not insured to place goods inside the property.

However, we sincerely apologise that our driver did not wait to confirm the delivery with you. Your input has been raised with the depot manager to investigate and avoid any similar reoccurrence. Please be assured that this will be thoroughly investigated, drivers' performance will be discussed, and any re-training or disciplinary action will be taken.
