Fast, efficient. ",It is not impossible" approach.

1st Movers moved us from London to Edinburgh, and did an excellent job. Leading up to the move, Elena was extremely helpful and communicative, answering all of my many questions quickly. For the move itself, Mariusz and his team were punctual, efficient, professional and very accommodating, making the whole process run smoothly. I could not recommend them highly enough!

Quick, friendly and conscientious service. The team were great in answering any questions I had leading up to the move, and the drivers did an incredible job on the day. Fast and efficient at both ends, with plenty of care taken of my belongings. Would definitely use their services again.

If you want all your belongings delivered book a different company. Do not use 1st Movers. Even their own staff thinks they are rubbish.

One man turned up instead of two. 2.5 hours late. We had to move our own stuff out of our apartment. We were told there was enough room in the van. There wasn't and some of our stuff was left. Inc. Piano and a guitar.

Ist movers will not return my call. I am now £1000 out of pocket fixing their appalling service.

Shame on the cowardly management. One star the poor staff who have to work there.

The 'piano team' turned up on time and very quickly and carefully had moved an upright piano into their van, and apparently delivered it to it's destination. I thoroughly recommend this service.

Very efficient in replying to emails and guys were positive and very good with the large and smaller items in the day. The move was easy to plan went smoothly.

Highly recommend, great company

This was my first time using a mover of any kind. There was a bit of delay due to traffic by almost 2 hrs for collection but that wasn't a problem for me. Delivery also had a bit of a delay by a day which may be a problem for some people. The delivery man was lovely and carried all my belongings up a flight of stairs. Nothing is missing or damaged. The payment needs to be made before delivery which can be on the day. That made me a little hesitant but I can understand why they do that. The lady organising everything via email was very lovely and accommodating. However, on the phone needs a bit of work but not awful. Thank you again 1st movers for making this an easy move!

I had no issues at all, only I did not wait to see the job being done as the removal of my piano was tough to contemplate...too many memories associated with it but sadly could not take with me to my new address.
