Thank you to Matt and his team for an excellent transport of my parcels from Denmark to rural Norfolk. Apart from a few days delay in picking up the parcels, everything arrived in perfect condition. The drivers in both countries have been polite and helpful. I shall certainly use Clickmoves again.

This company gave me a great service. The quote was competitive and were able to bring in some items other companies wouldn’t. The pick up and packaging was top class and all my things were safely packaged. Only small issue was the delivery timing, told it would be a week and ended up being 2, possibly due to customs delays.

From the moment I got in touch with Matt, nothing was too much trouble. He kept me up to date with everything, super helpful, friendly and professional and understood all of my complex requirements! I was not present for the collection of my stuff, and everything went smoothly. It arrived promptly, and intact, big thanks to the driver too. Highly, highly, recommend.

I moved from Portugal to the US in May 2025. From the very beginning, Matt Burden at Click Moves handled my situation with complete professionalism and amazing humanism. When researching door to door furniture moving I had no idea how easy it would be. I needed some chunky furniture moved from Jersey to Uk. I found Matt and he made the whole thing so easy. Move from London to Malmo ,everything arrived in good condition ,thanks Matt for your help

My experience was great at first but ended poorly. I was told that I would be updated and informed when they would be delivering my boxes, this did not occur. No one phoned me or answered my email. I had to use my own initiative and contacted the driver if he had any information about my delivery. The driver was also given the wrong address even though I informed the company about my address the week before!!.

Would not recommend this company!!

When looking to ship our gear half way around the world we sent out the call for assistance. Matt responded very quickly and was able to accommodate our requests and answer any questions that we had. It’s was with some in trepidation when we waved goodbye to our European life. I’m happy to report that our gear arrived within the due date and in the same condition that it left. Hassle-free, including not having to give exact measurements of every box, as other companies required. I could send photos and measure the overall size. Friendly, correct and got help to carry all the way into the storage at the other end - much appreciated.

Matt and his team did an excellent job at providing me with a door to door service from Australia to the UK that included packing and collection in Aus, space in a shared shipping container, customs clearances and onward delivery to a storage unit in the UK. The client facing teams at both ends of the journey were superb, very friendly and helpful and great packers and stackers! Matt provides the logistics and was always responsive to my endless enquiries. I highly recommend Clickmoves for anyone doing similar. I have done this trip 4 times with my belongings including once arranging it myself which was a nightmare - never again! A big thank you to Matt and the team.
