I contacted them on Sunday at 4pm with an urgent requirement , they responded that evening , confirmed the appointment to move furniture early Monday and the work was complete by noon. Excellent and polite service … thank you

We were thoroughly impressed with everything - price, communication and overall service. Benjamin and Rich (we hope we remember their names), didn't have an easy job with our hallway and piano, but they did it calmly, professionally and perfectly!! Thank you so much!

Moved to the island 3 weeks ago from Berkshire. The team were so helpful from start to finish. We did a video tour of our old house to get a quote, which was very reasonable.
They agreed to do the move over 2 days, which greatly reduced the stress. The men were extremely friendly, polite and helpful and placed the furniture exactly where we needed it, even moving it to another room when we changed our minds, all with a friendly smile. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
Everything was treated with respect, I highly recommend

A fantastic removal company, from the very first contact to them getting us into our new home.. They arrived promptly on removal day as promised and then worked like machines to get us moved.. They were polite, considerate, and nothing was damaged. A special thanks to James and Charlea who were with us all day.. (The other 2 lads swapped to another job) 10/10.. I cant recommend them enough

The guys who came to do the move were really friendly and efficient and used less storage than we were quoted. Definitely a trustworthy and friendly service! Would recommend to anyone

We used this company when we moved to the Island and they were very good. We moved back to the mainland on the 8th April the company were packing for us on the 7th and moving over on the 8th. They arrived and said they were packing and we were moving out that day, we informed them that was not the case but decided we could stay in a hotel on the mainland started to make arrangements only to find no ferries available that day. We were left with a bed until next morning. We were unable to get our key until 16.30 and just got in the car to go to our new place when we received a call from Lee Atkins saying we owe them another £240 which was VAT that we were never told about.
We had an antique ornament broken, a split in a leather chair and a chip out of the leg of the sofa.
They were told about the stag at the time and said they had taken photos. We had taken out an insurance for the move and have phoned numerous times when they decide to answer. We are getting no where and they are still unaware of the chair and sofa as no one gets in touch with us. 100% would not recommend.

We wanted to relocate from the Isle of Wight to Guernsey and found using this company a pleasurable experience from start to finish. All the staff involved; Lee, Selina, Laurence, Richard, Tyler, Josh and Rhys were friendly, very helpful, efficient and professional through out the whole process and made our move across the water a stress free experience.
We could not praise them enough for all their hard work and they handled all our possessions with great care. We would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to move home.

Highly recommend this company, service was great from quote to completion. The 4 lads that moved us on the day were first class as well, couldn’t have been any more helpful, and worked like trojans until late in the evening without an any issues! Absolutely excellent. Friendly and efficient. Unbelievably hardworking and cheerful. Excellent value for money, quick to respond, just great. I wouldn’t consider using another removals service now.

Cancelled last minute!

They gave me a quote to move and I asked if I needed to pay a deposit and I was told I didn’t have to. Two days before moving I get a call to say they have given my spot away as I didn’t pay upfront when I was never told I needed to pay anything not even a deposit. Left me short with two days notice.

Company fault made a stressful move even more stressful.

Great company from start to finish. Had to change the date several times due to solicitors but were very accommodating. The whole move from West London to Isle of Wight was stream less. The three removal men we had were extremely helpful and very friendly.
We would definitely recommend this company and would like to thank you for a great service.

Really helpful and polite bunch of lads .. it’s been a miserable rainy day and these guys have smiled their whole way through it .. seeing their cheer has given so much positivity to what could have otherwise been a stressful and wet day.
