When I bought this mattress I explained…

When I bought this mattress I explained that I was nearly 70 and could the delivery men take it up to my apartment. When they came they said that they would only take the mattress up one floor and it would cost me £10 more for two more floors. After emphasising that I had explained that i would need help up to my apartment they reluctantly took it up. As they were quite angry I didnt feel comfortable in asking them to take it upstairs. I now have to find someone to pay to help me take itit2 upstairs. Kindness seems to have gone out the window today

First class delivery service

Had a picture delivered by Exact delivery and it was first class. Notified me delivery date and had the ability to send to a different location as I was away. Had a message night before with 3 hour time slot, and a text from the driver 45 minutes before delivery.

Reliable Service
From start to finish, this has been an excellent company to deal with. Accurate quote for the job with no hidden extras. Although I wasn't present for the collection, I understand that went well and today's delivery was great. Nice team with a tricky job carried out cheerfully and professionally. Will certainly use again.

Came on time

Came on time, phoned beforehand to say when arriving. But did not have expected equipment to move a piano. It was taken away eventually but with some effort.
