Bob an Jeremy were really great. They did do some damage to some tile and told me that it would be fixed. The owner however refused to have it fixed and instead refunded me. Very disappointed in the owner!

Easy, fast, good workers.

Justin was fabulous! He was kind, explained all the ins and outs of the process as a new customer. I made the appointment online, so there was information I needed to know, the process, the cost and the volumes of the junk we were removing. His partner Chris was wonderful as well. They make a great team! Justin seems like a wonderful supervisor. Caring, a teacher type. I would enjoy working with them again for junk removal.

They associates were professional and courteous. The entire process was fast. The guys were able to remove furniture without any damage to the property. Would definitely use again. Eddie and Diante were top notch.

Owen and Michael from the Rochester, NY franchise were incredible. They showed up on time and called me prior to arrival to let me know they were going to be here as advertised. They were professional, courteous, and polite. It was a pleasure doing business with this company, and I would recommend it to anyone.

The two staff, Ray and Kade, were so pleasant, and helpful with the things I was having removed. They took what I’d accumulated and then asked if I had anything else. We discovered a couple heavy broken objects in the backyard, which they happily removed. The price was right, service was quick and efficient. Will use Got Junk again for other projects!

Dustin and Joshua? I hope that's his name did a fantastic job and were very friendly and nice. They respected my wish to leave certain items and commented on how difficult it is to get rid of sentimental items like my Dad's rocking chair.

Very personable staff, polite, strong. Scheduling was easy and accurate. Was kept informed of timing.

I have mixed feelings about my experience, but I am leaving this review specifically to highlight the two gentlemen who handled my job.
The company's actual business model isn't great. They don’t give you a quote until they arrive and look at your items. This forces the employees to negotiate with you on the spot, which creates an incredibly uncomfortable, high-pressure situation for the customer. It's tough to turn them away once they are already there, and the pricing is honestly way too expensive.
I was entirely ready to say no, and the only reason I ultimately agreed to the job was because of the two guys who showed up. They were incredibly professional, polite, and relatable. They seemed like genuinely great guys who were just doing their best within a flawed corporate system.
Management, if you are reading this: your pricing structure needs work, but your field staff is excellent. These two guys deserve a promotion for their customer service, because without their professionalism, I would have sent the truck away empty-handed.

Arrived when they said they would, were in and out in a jiffy, made sure that I was satisfied, then concluded their business and left.

Over priced. Will never use again. Felt like I was robbed. Paid for 1/4 of a truck for 2 pieces of furniture, couch and loveseat. Must have been a really tiny truck

The movers were curious and did their job the best they could. We were very satisfied.

The truck arrived promptly (early, actually, though they called first to be sure it was okay), which is refreshing after all the missed service windows I've had with other companies. The employees were polite and friendly. They were up front about the expense and worked carefully.

Jaeyoon and Matthew were prompt, polite, quiet, and showed confident expertise. I couldn't have asked for better to help finish off my move.
