Bob and Anthony were wonderful! They were polite, thoughtful and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a better team.

Unfortunately, my experience with 1-800-GOT-JUNK was very disappointing. I received an official company invoice with a job number, address, date, and written quote clearly stating that labor, disposal fees, and junk removal from the property were included.
After the job was completed, the supervisor claimed he didn’t know a quote had been given and said I should have told him beforehand. That made no sense to me — why would a crew take a job without knowing the agreed price? He then claimed the quote was not valid and demanded an additional $485.
When I questioned the difference, he accused us of trying to cheat the company, threatened to take us to small claims court if we didn’t pay immediately, and even referenced neighbors’ security cameras as “proof.” The entire interaction felt intimidating, unprofessional, and completely out of line.
After a long exhausting day, my husband paid the extra amount simply to avoid further conflict.
I would not recommend this company. If an official written company quote is not honored, it raises serious concerns about the purpose of providing one in the first place and whether customers are being pressured into paying more after the work is completed.

Crew arrived in the requested time period with very short notice. They were communicative and easy to work with. Upon confirmation of the work, they completed the work efficiently. Great experience and would recommend.

Jesse and Patrick were true professionals in providing me with a quote and then getting to the job of loading their truck. They worked tirelessly to make my big piles of stuff disappear and cleaned out an old shed. Very pleased with the outcome.

The 1-800-GOT-JUNK? The Metro Vancouver team, Isaac Friesen and Manuel Cofre, was outstanding! They were polite, professional, and provided us with a quote within minutes.
They then removed our old furniture quickly and efficiently, without any hassle. The fee was reasonable, and we appreciated the opportunity to donate items and receive a tax receipt. An excellent experience from start to finish! Thanks, Isaac and Manuel - you were great!

They were the kindest and very considerate representatives for 1-800-gotjunk. They also kept me informed of pick up times and the placement in truck.

Andrew and Dwayne were terrific. Extremely helpful, worked quickly and effeciently. No problems there. Your rates for removal, I felt,bordered on highway robbery. But I was stuck and needed to get rid of my furniture and other items quickly. For this reason I will never use your services again nor recommend to anyone else.

Brandon & Akim (sp?) were on time, efficient, and professional. They did a great job and really made life easier for me. Thanks guys!

Ethan and Jay were so awesome -- kind, considerate, and prompt! I recently moved and there were some large items left here - I called 1-800-GOT-JUNK and Jay and Ethan were here within two hours.

The team was very professional while also being friendly. They also worked very hard to clear out my junk and did a great job!

Joel is a very hard worker and super nice to work with. He was very thorough and methodical about getting things done in a reasonable amount of time. He was very careful about the doors and woodwork. He took apart a small pontoon boat and moved it to the truck. Towards the end of the move it rained and he returned today and finished the job. I will definitely call him again when needed.

Such a great experience. Both gentlemen were sweet, respectful, and strong. They were very careful of my surroundings and had moved a heavy dresser quickly. I would definitely use them again if needed.

BUYER BEWARE !!!! If I could give no stars, I certainly would. The crew arrived, nice guys but the on-line quote got doubled with hard pressure sales tactics. Extra charges & fees=$800 for a small apartment with limited furniture-6 pieces. I said no & they talked me down to 2 pieces for $300. I was trying to clean out a dead relatives apartment. Then came the extra charge for having a light in a piece of furniture, which it didn't. Corporate wouldn't refund the extra cost. Disgusting. Taking advantage of people. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE CROOKS.

Bob an Jeremy were really great. They did do some damage to some tile and told me that it would be fixed. The owner however refused to have it fixed and instead refunded me. Very disappointed in the owner!

Easy, fast, good workers.

Justin was fabulous! He was kind, explained all the ins and outs of the process as a new customer. I made the appointment online, so there was information I needed to know, the process, the cost and the volumes of the junk we were removing. His partner Chris was wonderful as well. They make a great team! Justin seems like a wonderful supervisor. Caring, a teacher type. I would enjoy working with them again for junk removal.

They associates were professional and courteous. The entire process was fast. The guys were able to remove furniture without any damage to the property. Would definitely use again. Eddie and Diante were top notch.

Owen and Michael from the Rochester, NY franchise were incredible. They showed up on time and called me prior to arrival to let me know they were going to be here as advertised. They were professional, courteous, and polite. It was a pleasure doing business with this company, and I would recommend it to anyone.
