I appreciated Jon and Wayne’s professionalism and politeness, and attention to detail including cleaning up drips from my own refrigerator. It makes a big difference when the people coming into your home introduce themselves and offer to shake hands. Very kind!

The 2 Gentlemen were extremely kind and quick. Even though they came not on their scheduled appt time. They kept me informed when they were getting close. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I hope you bless and take care of those workers! I tipped them in cash. The only issue I had with the service is that I feel a solid price should be set even before they come out. I only had 1 queen memory foam mattress. $59.00 for that 1 item. I know that some people may have a lot of stuff to remove, and that may be an issue, but folks who have 1 or a couple of items should be quoted as such. Just my opinion of course.

Yesterday Chris and another excellent staff person (sorry, I now forgot his name) were able to take away an old/heavy A/C that previously, 2 weeks ago, David and Isaiah advised me that it needed to be removed from my window for insurance purposes before it could be taken away. I arranged that, and everything went smoothly with my help - since they said they did not need a hand cart/dolly - so I guided them from my apartment, to the elevator, and became their 3rd hand... elevator, building door, etc.

Josh and David made a big job look easy. We are very happy with the progress they made. They also took the time to look at some other projects we have for the future and told us what to expect and gave us some really good tips. We appreciate that very much.

I used them several times in the past. This time my attempt to communicate with the robot that answered the phone was impossible so I hung up and hired someone else. You have lost a customer.

Extremely disappointed. We were quoted $150 to remove a mattress and box spring. We ended up keeping the box spring and instead added a living room chair and a dresser mirror—nothing excessive.
Somehow the final price jumped to well over $300. Yes, we technically had a choice, but we had new furniture arriving and needed the items gone, so we felt stuck.
We called afterward to try to sort this out and were told someone would follow up. No one ever called.
Terrible pricing practices and even worse communication. I won’t be using 1‑800‑GOT‑JUNK again. This company single‑handedly ruined my streak of positive Google reviews.

The two gentlemen who came to my house kept me informed about their arrival time. When they arrived they were extremely professional and friendly. Since it was raining at the time, they took extra care and precautions to protect the interior of my home.
