Horrible experience.we purchased a wood floor ,and it came with holes ,I reached out to customer services ,but they completely ignored me and never resolved the issue .As a result we had fix it ourselves.please be aware before purchasing from this store.

Vivian was incredibly helpful in explaining the design options for grout and in how to design a niche. She helped us make decisions for things we had not even thought of! I would not hesitate to work with her again!

We had the pleasure of working with Angel and Austin at your Floor & Decor Store in North Richland Hills. We purchased approximately 40 boxes of Red Oak flooring.
Based on a distinct difference in the color of the wood in some boxes, we were unable to use some of the product. Without question, your staff expressed their understanding and refunded the unusable product.
You are very fortunate to have Angel and Austin on your team! Their customer service is outstanding!! We will not only do business with you in the future but have shared this story with many of our friends. Bravo!!

I ordered a single piece of marble tile costing less than $32 that was in a store about an hour away from me (because none of the local stores had it in stock), and when I completed the order online, it said "shipping to be determined." I received no further communication except that the order was scheduled to arrive, and when I looked at the invoice, they had charged me nearly $600 to send it via a trucking company! Since I regularly take shipments for my company via a trucking company, I can tell you they didn't use one. A guy in a pickup truck brought it to my home. We're in the middle of several renovations on properties we own, but F&D will get NO MORE of my business. I plan to file a chargeback on my credit card to try to get refunded, because their customer service is WORTHLESS!

We are doing a full remodel on our home and have been to the Temple Texas store several times now and been greeted with warm welcomes every single time and more than that, I came in in the beginning kind of a mess not knowing where to begin and AnnDee Mae in the Design center helped me calm down and spent so much time with me every time I needed, and I’m now super excited to how my home will be after her amazing ideas.
I give her the highest rating I can give and have been telling so many people how she made me comfortable and I so trust her expertise and this has been an all around great experience.

I needed 12 additional 4x16 tiles to complete our bathroom. It was a discontinued tile. I get that. Our Wichita store had 0 inventory. The Tulsa store had over 100 pieces in stock. I was willing to pay shipping. Again I get that. However the total cost of the tile was $20. The shipping was quoted at over $260.00. Shame on you Floor&Decor

Brand New engineered wood floors (3 mons) put in, already breaking splintering and chipping. Fighting with warranty and Floor Decor is NOT standing by their product.

I had a wonderful experience at Florand Decor at Surprise AZ. Reinaldo was absolutely outstanding—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything smooth and enjoyable, and it was truly a pleasure doing business with him. His customer service went above and beyond, and I sincerely appreciate the time and care he provided. Thank you, Reinaldo, for the excellent service!

Kelsie Goone was most helpful with her knowledge, time and attention in helping me choose flooring. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. She was thoughtful, helped problem-solve and offered many suggestions to help me make the right decision. She definitely went the extra mile!

Tyler and Sean at the store located on Camelback in Phoenix were incredibly helpful. Tyler helped my husband and I go through a pallet of tiles - stack them and load them in our SUV. He was super friendly and had a great sense of humor. We will continue to go to the Camelback location since we know we will receive excellent customer service.

We bought 24x24 rectified tiles , which we liked at about $5.60 a square foot.
We asked if they were rectified and the sales person confirmed that they were.
What they failed to mention, which I found out later, is that you have to lay each of these heavy tiles on a straight flat surface with a level to see if they are warped.
It was never said or was it posted anywhere in the packaging that they could be warped and that if you laid them, as I did and realized this, it would be too late.
Unfortunately after we were 80% done we saw the imperfections.
We contacted Floor&Decor and they told that i would need to hire a professional inspector which.I would have to pay for, at about $600 cost we later found out.
They later said that my batch was with in guide lines and that was the end of their help.
So I advise any potential Floor&Decor customers to beware of this tactic.

Need a 0 rating! Lead possible employees on about work and then do not get back to them. Im employed and have not been
one of them but know people who have been more than qualified just lead on by company! Will NEVER do business with them. To bad too as I have work needed done, but will pick another company. Thanks for making it easier to choose.

Had a wonderful experience at the NorthRichland Hills store. All the employees are very helpful but have to give a special thanks to Mario Juaquin and Mimi. All three of them made my flooring experience pleasant. They were very knowledgeable of the product and assisted with material and delivery.

Put in a personal cell phone policy, if there not on there phones they will be more attentive to customer service.

This is for the Floor& Decor in Dearborn, Mi. I spent $506 last week. The young worker had zero knowledge of the products and today when I had ro return 2 items, I discovered he failed to give me a receipt. They do not have a system that can pull up your credit card like most stores, and refused to let me show them that it was withdrawn through my account and gave me a store gift card tat I wont use. Avoid this store and go to Ypsilanti location instead. They are not helpful.

Gary Longtine was phenomenal. He designed both my bathrooms in minimal time. I was not sure what I wanted and he asked me a few questions and was in my head and knew what I wanted before I did. This man is such an asset to the company. He made the impossible possible. Honestly when I go back - I am only dealing with him and the lovely customer oriented Adele

Careful. They are the KINGS of redirection. We ordered a very expensive vanity- when we picked it up we were told we couldn’t unwrap it-when we got it home & found damage we were told we had to report before we left. Store sent us to manufacturer- they sent us to store. Argh!!!

Shopping at this store- Surprise today was a pure pleasure; the service was professional and very friendly. Kyler and Frank were incredibly helpful in assisting with my choices and decisions. I highly recommend them; you won't be disappointed.
