Setting up the pickup was easy to do online.
We received a text around 3:30pm saying the truck was on its way. After no sign of the truck after an hour we tried reaching Resupply to check via multiple means but could not contact anyone directly. The driver showed up around 5:30pm, said he was not yet on his way at 3:30 and apologized for the misinformation. Once he and his team arrived they were quick, competent, and polite. So other than trouble with office communication it went fine.

Our team was wonderful, they did a great job !! Would use this company again!!!

Somehow I ended up paying a "reservation fee" on top of an awful lot of money to pay, just to donate a couch. Instead of feeling warm fuzzies I feel ripped off. Next time we'll drag the item to the curb and wait for large item trash pickup.

The booking process was easy and the person who came for the pick-up was great to work with. I am so glad I found this organization and will definitely use them again.

It was very easy to schedule the donation. The only downside to my experience is wondering if the pick up would happen since I did not get a 24-48 confirmation from the driver. I had to communicate with several people on pick up day to confirm the pick up would happen.

On time and professional. They helped us out and hopefully someone will enjoy the items too.

The three gentlemen that came into my home were polite, respectful and courteous. Very efficient. They loaded the truck extremely well and left with Gatorade and smiles! Very pleasant.

The 2 service people that picked up my couch & love seat were wonderful.
Even though they were 2 hours outside their morning window, they kept right on going. It was a pleasure.

The helpful overview of what to expect, when to expect it and who to expect and in what vehicle and tag number. The workers were knowledgeable, cordual and willing to please.

It is more money than expected, but know fuel prices are crazy.

Well, first of all I made the call they answered right away they answered with politeness they asked me what I needed. They provided my needs and they did a pick up the same day. No waiting everything nice and smooth. The service was great. I recommend if you need a pick up or you’d like to donate.

The team that did the pickup were great! Very polite, efficient and considerate. They kept me up to date on the time of arrival and took care not to bump into walls etc

I was informed when the truck was coming. The guys were careful with my furniture and were very polite!

Setting up appointment and having them come on time were very easy. They were efficient in the removal also. Only issue was the charges were about $60 higher than the original quote.
