6 months no issues then nothing but issues, switched from plume, spent out for a extender as they recommended and still issues.
Their system doesn't work with sky properly and conflicts.
Had engineers round and never seems like they can resolve anything.

Despite an initial waiting period of two months for the installation due to a lack of WightFibre infrastructure on my street, the installation went smoothly, the technician helped me connect my phone and TV to the wifi, and I have had uninterrupted broadband ever since.
The ability to choose a month-to-month option is an added bonus, as I don't want to sign a 12- or 24-month contract.

Excellent service and exceptional value for money.
Having realised that our Sky account was becoming increasingly more expensive we decided to try our local provider “Wightfibre” we were worried that we would loose our existing email and phone number. However, everything proved to be very simple. Once we completed our online application we were given an installation date immediately and everything went extremely smoothly. Having now used Wightfibre for four months we have found the service to be excellent and the download speeds are amazing, the TV and phone as well. We did keep our email and same number and virtually everything was done for us and the cost was less than a quarter of what we were paying our previous provider. Also the installation was on the exact date given and completed very well.

Wightfibre's excellent customer service made the whole process very easy.
When I first contacted Wightfibre, the call handler answered all my queries comprehensively and helped me determine the most suitable package. She gave me her name and I was able to speak with her again when I placed the order. The installation team were friendly, efficient and helpful and undertook the installation with the minimum of fuss. Wightfibre's communication throughout the whole process from placing the order to installation was excellent.

Wightfibre are very professional and save you money.
Our wightfibre installer Lester was excellent. He arrived on time, listened to our requirements and made the necessary adjustments going around our borders rather than through the middle of the lawn.
He then helped log into our various devices and answered any questions we had.
He was an exemplary member of a fantastic local company and we would recommend them to anyone thinking of switching broadband provider on the island.

The broadband itself is fine.
The installation process was not so fine. Their installer should be called Dr No. He was unhelpful, pretty unfriendly, didn't tell us in advance what he was going to do, didn't ask where we'd like the box or wires to run etc etc.
Other installation organisations on the island tend to have much more constructive and friendly staff. I don't know if this comes from the top at Wight Fibre, or if it was just the guy we had for our installation.
