Connect Fibre are a great company and I have not had any issues. Had a few interactions with them and they have always been helpful and communicative throughout. Today I was posted my Wi-Fi 7 router and had trouble getting it up and running. After chatting with Matthew issue was resolved within 20 minutes. He was patient and helpful throughout.

The installer was prompt, polite, efficient and tidy; and the install was carried out without inconvenience or fuss.

The service is working well from the outset, as expected.

Pleasant efficient installer, good with explanation of fibre wiring run, and the setting up of the router. Gave good account of how to connect home phone for VOIP service.
Less impressed with sales team who said little of how to changeover from previous provider, and gave no advice at all about reconfiguring wifi devices, the most important being EV integration.That loses 2 stars.
Customer service is very good.
As to the reason for changing to you, ( better connection and up and download speeds) I’m not convinced I’ve seen much improvement - things still work, streaming still slow, dubious about EV updates and charging. I may have to come back for a signal booster to get me back to previous Wifi providers capability.

The advisor was helpful and understood my requirements not simply to change supplier but improve my broadband.

We were chased repeatedly to change to Connect Fibre by the salespeople. We had no option as we had limited internet where we live. (only 70Mbps but reliable) We changed to Connect Fibre 4 weeks ago, the staff installing were very friendly and helpful and did a great job.
In only 4 weeks the internet has gone down twice for myself and my neighbours.
First time for 7 days and yesterday down again (still down). No phone call or warning. If you want reliability DO NOT switch to Connect Fibre.

Ammad came and connected us up. Explained everything! Set my tellys and tablet up!
It’s so good to watch tv and not have the little circle going round anymore.

Installation was completed within 2 weeks, service from booking to installation was excellent, the team who who connected me were fantastic, punctual , friendly and did a great neat job.

At the moment I haven't been with you that long and my first payment hasn't gone out yet which I don't no what date my first payment goes out,I was happy with the engineers who came to install the WI Fi thanks Simone Machell

Able to offer us an appointment within 2 weeks.
Ged & Jordan provided us with an excellent service. Discussed where we wanted installation. Completed the job efficiently & left everything as good as they found it. I was concerned the installation would cause some damage to the garden & drive, but you cannot tell where the fibre has been fitted.
Ged talked us through post fitting connection.

This service is top knotch as we say in Derbyshire. The quick no nonsense approach is the service which does best for me. It was recommend to me by my mother and I got in touch with Paul Long the sales director, and everything was quickly sorted out from there. The installation was soon sorted by a nice young gentleman whom I'm sorry I have forgotten his name. And the quality of my now internet service is super fast and makes my tv viewing a delight, as I don't have a tv aerial or sky, I totally rely on internet viewing.
