Polite, efficient. Everything was explained. Very pleased with the standard of work.

Scaffolding went up and then the work was completed from start to finish was a good job done .

From the moment I got in touch with warmworks everything was done with great precision, new gas boiler and radiators, loft insulation, air bricks WiFi, solar panels and inverter and battery. We had to empty cupboards move furniture etc to give them space underfloor which was a lot for us but could have done with help for that. Had to get a new laminate floor in kitchen as they had to get in to pipes and laminate didn’t go back down. Also we had to buy a WiFi booster for the inverter and had to box in battery and inverter as it was outside which was extra expense. We also had to buy grills and side panels for the new radiators. But when you think of the work we got done free it was well worth it.

Excellent service from start to finish

Via Warmworks I have had my entire heating and plumbing replaced, new smoke/heat/CO2 detectors and my loft insulation trebled in depth. My house is now super toasty and I expect my energy usage will half! The entire process was quick and the steps made completely clear. Amazing service all round.

Overall we're pleased with the result. We now have a fully functioning heating and hot water system to replace our broken outdated one that works well now that we have got used to it and the controls. It did take 2 attempts for installation work to commence as the first appointment could not go ahead until further preparation work was completed (that we had not been made aware of during the initial survey). Ripping out an old heating and hot water system and replacing it with a new modern one in a traditional property did leave us with a lot of reinstatement and redecoration work, that while to be expected, was costly and inconvenient. There was quite a bit of trunking used for wiring that is a bit unpleasant to look at. The installers were great and kept us updated on progress. We have an ongoing issue with one of the heaters, but the installers have been helping us resolve this with the manufacturer. All of our interactions with Warmworks staff have been a pleasant experience, with individuals always keen to help as much as they can.

warm works staff were amazing however the contractors try to do works as quick and as easy as possibke for them. thos resulted in several calls backs to fix mistakes made.
