From the initial application for heating and insulation upgrades to arranging submission for Planning Permission with necessary Listed Building consent, I have been very pleased with the professional support provided.
Also, the organisation of the various contractors to attend the property led to a quick and efficient installation.

From the start we were guided through the process and application by a very nice patient lady. All works were completed quickly even when we had to cancel one visit. When our old boiler broke down a new quicker date was planned. The boiler company allocated to complete the work again were professional and completed work quickly. From start to finish communication was excellent.

Boiler and radiators installed quickly and without any mess to clean up !
Installers were very pleasant and professional.

The workmen always arrived at 8am. Started work right away , knowing which jobs they had to work on.
They took my phone number , so that they could contact when to come home. They even tidied up and told me when the heating would come on in the evening.

I was very happy with the work and and very satisfied with all that was carried out

Central heating system and boiler fitted in the same day to a very high standard. Care was taken to all furnishings and mess to a minimum. Cant praise highly enough.

Work was done to high standard with minimal disruption to me and everything was explained before ,during and after installation workmen were very courteous and polite

They were very pleasant i when out then they phoned to come back put the carpet back where they had to cut them i am very.pleased with the work they done .

Work men were very good at there jobs working quickly and cleaned up after themselves

Great bunch of subcontractors who carried out the remedial work. Communication and Paperwork from Warmworks and their subcontractors was good and we were well informed throughout. Small downside in that the replacement radiators didn't come with side and top guard panels which i had to source and fit separately to add as a good safety measure and a small section of my loft was missed when fitting new insulation which hasn't been resolved yet
All in all its a very good means of improving the efficiency of your home and highly recommended
