I recently had a new boiler installed, and I cannot praise the engineers, Robert and Sean, enough. They were highly professional, punctual, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. They took great care to keep everything tidy while working and left the space immaculate. The new boiler is running perfectly, and the entire process was seamless. I had a message to say that Sean was on his way then as soon as he arrived he started and with Shane worked until the job was finished. No fuss no mess and rubbish taken away. It was so easy for no stress everything taken care of.

Friendly and very, very good at what they provide.
From the planning, quotation stages through to the installation of our solar panel system, The Edinburgh Boiler Company were outstanding. There is not one single thing they could have did better. Highly recommend them for this this type of work. For reference it was a 15 panel system with storage battery we had installed.

Couldn’t get better service
We used EBC to install solar panels on a flat roof. This included a Duracell(Dura 16) storage battery.
From initial contact / survey to installation everything was planned perfectly. On the day the team arrived on time and you could even track their journey / arrival time. They consulted us about positioning of kit / cabling etc.
Post installation we were contacted by Abby to check that the job had been completed to our satisfaction. All the paper work for registering the kit was provided within 24hrs.
We are very happy with the whole process at a very competitive price.
Wish every company was as easy to deal with.

Great experience using this company ti install a new combi boiler
I had a new combi boiler installed by the Edinburgh boiler company. The installation was carried out very efficiently with minimal disruption and no mess left. The engineers were very pleasant and explained the controls and set a program for me and my house is very warm and cozy.

New gas central heating system
I recently had a brand new gas central heating system (10 new radiators and a new gas boiler) installed by Edinburgh Boiler Company, supported by Warmworks. The installation team was obviously very well organized and they completed the work efficiently and competently in a single day as promised. They were considerate and helpful and kept me fully informed as the work progressed. They cleaned up well at the end of the day.
The support offered by Warmworks was also excellent. They kept me informed as to progress throughout and followed up any queries in a timely fashion. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We were impressed with the service from EBC from start to finish. We used EBC to have solar panels and a battery fitted. The surveyor was knowledgable and explained everything with clarity. EBC kept in contact during the process and ahead of installation. The installation process went well and was completed in One day, no mess left behind and a neat and tidy job. I would absolutely recommend using EBC.

Solar panel, battery and EV charger system.
The whole experience from start to finish with the Edinburgh Boiler Company was excellent. Every member of the team was friendly, professional and proficient. The surveyor/sales person was very informative and explained all the various options, whys and wherefores for our solar panel , battery and EV charger system. The Admin team were great in terms of getting the quote and contract paperwork to us on time and organising the installation etc. The installation team themselves were fantastic, not only doing the job extremely proficiently but suggesting ways in which to optimise the design still further to improve system efficiency and neatness. The functionality and operation of the system was simply and clearly explained and the site left very clean, neat and tidy post installation.

Not just the best workmen I’ve ever…
Not just the best workmen I’ve ever dealt with but the best company of any kind.
From the office staff to they guys who came to survey then install every single one of them couldn’t have been more helpful.
I’m disabled and a single woman so having my house filled with strangers could have been quite nerve wracking but by the end of (a very complicated) install the team felt like family. I’ve honestly never been better looked after.
I am over the moon with my new central heating system but even happier with how well I was treated and the attention to detail that went along with the whole process.
