Guys where very professional, took pride in their work, and left the property in a very tidy state

The workers progressing the project and carrying out the work were efficient and polite, but administration left something to be desired- I am still receiving letters to sign.

The staff we dealt with were extremely helpful. The whole process from the initial inspection of the property, the recommendation's & final inspection after the work was carried out was superb.

Comms was brilliant throughout - was made aware at every stage what was going to happen and when, and everything that did happen (planning, execution, inspection) happened exactly as scheduled.

All the tradespeople were really approachable and did a 1st class job

This was a totally professional company to carry out my central heating installation.From being accepted.everyone was totally professional and I was kept updated on every step of the scheme.Chloe in the office kept me updated from deliveries to carpet fitters to sign off. The installers arrived when I was told that they would and left my house tidy and disposed of all their rubbish when it was handed back over to me at the end of the day.Definitely a five star experience.Thank You.

The process from start to finish was excellent. The lady who surveyed our home was knowledgeable , polite and explained how everything worked. The McInnes group who installed the equipment were above excellent every member of the team worked so hard from start to finish. They respected our house and took pride in doing a good job. The house was left immaculate. Every step was explained to us and safety was paramount at all times throughout the process. We are delighted it is pleasure to sit in our home now. Thank you to everyone at warm homes for making it possible.

After falling seriously ill, being diagnosed with a life limiting illness and becoming too ill to work, I was at home more than ever. And always cold.

I heard about Warmworks online, I initially was looking for grants to help with doors and windows, however I came across the Warmworks scheme. I checked that this was genuine and not a fly by night operation and I was able to confirm this was indeed through the Scottish Government.

I contacted them, and within a week an energy surveyor had been out to assess my property and make recommendations. Within a further two weeks I received confirmation that I was eligible for a full new heating system, boiler, radiators, trv's, magnetic filters, complete new piping thoughout,interlinked smoke alarms, heat detector and co alarm. I accepted these proposed works and was contacted by City Technical Services to arrange carrying out their survey, City Tech rep came out quite soon and my appointment was then booked for two weeks later. The admin process was really easy and went smoothly.

The day before fitting, the materials were delivered to my house for the next day. A carpet fitter attended to lift my carpets, however I had to arrange removal of kitchen laminate myself and make sure furniture was moved as agreed with surveyor

On the day, the team arrived at 8am, they were very nice and helped me get my things together and get out of the house (you need to leave on the day of the work). The install was finished same day and on my return the engineer explained all the work, how to use the TRVs and thermostat, gave me paperwork etc. A builder arrived to cement up holes made for new pipes on the external and the house was left as tidy as they found it - but with a lot more dust.

The carpet fitter arrived the next working day and relaid the carpets.

The job was done really well, with minimal damage to the decor around the radiators. The quality of the work is outstanding. The house heats up in 10 minutes, my old one used to take an hour or so to warm the place. Im seeing a massive improvement in gas usage as well. It was a bigger upheaval than I had expected because of carpets, moving furniture & the dust but it has been absolutely worth it and ive never been this warm here before! So glad this scheme exists. It is really worthwhile and has improved my situation greatly. Thanks Warmworks & City Tech. :-)
