Two efficient installers put in a long length of cable neatly across the end of a tarmac drive and around the edge of a lawn. internal work was clean and tidy after checking out the best position for the boxes. Nice job Owen and Reece.

Have been using the service since before Voneus purchased the local connectivity. The service, when it was up, was amazing. Blistering speeds both uploads and downloads. Then the service went down. Phone calls, emails and multiple follow ups to the pleasant but powerless customer service team consistently resulted in statements such as “we can see the problem and are working on it”….weeks pass. Multiple follow ups. “You need an engineer” engineer booked with a long lead time or little to no notice. Engineer would visit. Replace the ONT and then state its now fixed. Engineer would leave the house and the optical service would go down within 15 minutes. It is then impossible to get them back without another frustrating loop via customer services. I have had this experience three times now and have thrown in the towel. No internet since July; it’s now October. I have ordered Starlink instead.

Nokwanda went above and beyond to solve our issue and improve our broadband service.

The installation went well and was completed within the stated time. Paddy and Aaron were friendly and polite and helped us access the system afterwards. Highly recommended!

I rang up to renew my contract and spoke to Mandisi who sorted out a much better deal than I thought I could get, so very happy with the outcome.

Nomzamo was everything you would from a help desk. She understood my concerns and provided the answers in a very calm professional way which showed she has extensive customer care ability. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who is extremely capable and has the knowledge to sort queries. Well done Nomzano!!!

IT technician called Warren arrived in good time.
He was courteous and efficient in carrying out our installation.
Nothing was too much trouble for him.
Oh how I wish all visiting workmen were like Warren.

Stress free procedure. The engineers were professional and respected our property both inside and outside.

We had suffered reduced broadband speeds for a couple of days but after a couple of calls to Voneus, Customer Service Agent Brandon came to the rescue. He listened to the problem, he came up with a possible solution after a look at our system and he returned after a remote 'reboot' with the problem solved. Due to a poor mobile service in our area we lost contact during the resolution but he rang back later to make sure the speeds were back to what was expected. He was polite and professional and got the job done. Actual customer service - not always the case in this day and age!

Sam was very helpful sorting out a problem with my Direct Debit which disappeared during a bank switch. All sorted out within a couple of minutes. Excellent service! Thank yo!!

We returned from holiday to find we had no Internet connection.We phoned voneus at 730pm expecting to get a automated response.To our surprise we actually spoke to a HUMAN.Brandon was so polite courteous and patient guiding us through the problem and had us up and running in around 15mins.Thankyou Brandon you are a credit to venues customer service. If this had been my first phone call to the company I would give five stars as Adnha sorted the problem. Unfortunately it has taken numerous calls and emails to get to this point. It has been very frustrating but hopefully now sorted. 🤞

Our lack of Broadband was addressed eventually, but I feel it could have been addressed earlier. Sam was very clear and helpful when he finally took over sorting things out for us.

Brandon Voneus customer service agent whom I spoke to today was extremely helpful and patient. He helped me greatly by negotiating a lower renewal premium that I could agree to. He explained every detail carefully and included my VoIP landline package charged detailing what was included. Brandon gave me clear instructions on how to proceed in an email which guided me through the acceptance process and enabled me to have peace of mind that I could still have the Voneus Fibre 500 service that I wanted.
Brandon also was very proficient in troubleshooting my Internet connections and successfully improved my download speed from 209 Mb per second and 27 Mb per second upload to 570 Mb per second download and 540 Mb per second upload, he patiently went through all the connections and reviewed the router configuration and connected devices and cabling several times. Resulting in a huge improvement of my Internet speed. He recommended, rebooting both of the router and the ONT at least once a month. I am very appreciative of the good service, help and support I was given today by Brandon. I have always found the Voneus Customer Services to be excellent and would highly recommend them to others.

Kamva was incredibly friendly and helpful and solved our issue quickly for us. She got our broadband back up and running and saved our evening! Thanks Kamva x
