Well we’re 3 days in to our full fibre installation and we’re extremely happy with it.
Ryan and Darren arrived as promised on Friday afternoon and within 90 minutes we were up and running.
Ryan is the technician and is well knowledgeable, he was respectful of our property and explained the process and got on quickly and efficiently.
The team worked well together and left the house clean and tidy after pulling cables up and down the driveway into the garage and getting us connected.
All in all everything went well and we’re very satisfied.
Hopefully we will have great service from Voneus Broadband.

Arrived earlier than expected so work was completed sooner.
Installation was quick and tidy.
Improved Internet speed was immediate

So I had a friendly young man come to the door, I was activity looking to leave sky who were charging me £41 just for average broadband, I’d been with them 3 years and they always put up the cost mid contract. So this young man offered me better speeds at a much reduced rate. I’ve always been wary of door sales but my friend came round the corner and said she’d been with them for two years and had just renewed because they were consistent speeds and a good price

The people came to install 15 mins early ready to go in the morning and were done within 30 mins. Friendly, considerate and informative considering they were sub contracts you can see they respect the business. And informed me that I wasn’t actually on fibre, I was on part fibre with sky which actually wasn’t going to improve my speeds at all.

The cherry on top, the speeds are ridiculously faster! My partner and I are love to game and he managed to download a large game in 4 mins which makes us both very happy and I got a nice month free for signing up with a guaranteed on the locked price for the next two years

Very good customer services overall and I hope the quality is consistent throughout my contract

Nonhle rang me back after we were having problems hearing each other when I called on a mobile phone. I wasn't expecting that call back but she was very friendly and helpful, she sent me an email with help on setting up my VoIP which now works, thank you Nonhle.

I was very happy with the installation. Reece and Tom were polite, friendly and helpful. Reece explained exactly what they were going to do. It didn't take long, and they made a nice neat job of it. 👍🙂

Great salesman Thomas, explained all thoroughly.
Three engineers fitted the wire and small box and modem. Sam, simon and Christo were really great men, friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly and after speedy installation made sure I was happy and knew how to work and continue.
Amazing service, I now have 200 + download speed from a very slow 44.

Getting the deal i looked for was great, have been with Voneus previously so knew the prices were decent. The person who sorted it out for me Jack Raistrick was fantastic, patient and happy to help, A+++.
