We were experiencing issues related to a faulty router. Brandon was very helpful and patient to work through this on the phone. He called multiple times and showed relentless commitment and genuine interest in helping me resolve the issue. It was decided a new router was needed. When this arrived I called and spoke to Mercy who helped guide through setting this up using clear and concise directions.

I had a connectivity issue with a Sky q mini box, and it resisted all my attempts to link to the main Sky box. Thought I would see if the Voneus tech team could help, having previously had very positive outcomes from their interventions. I received an email from Naomi outlining the alterations which had been made to the router settings, also noted that the LAN 1 cable in use needed to be upgraded. Re-started the system, all good. Had follow up emails and phone calls from Naomi to check that all was well.

My return call only took a couple of minutes and the Voneus representative named Mercy was very helpful , even offering to stay on the call whilst i made changes from a sent email. Very happy and many thanks Mercy

Paid on 2 devices for connection on holiday park in rural area. 2 payments taken immediately from my account but no service received. Telephoned several times and told someone would be in touch. Also emailed but no response. Avoid this company at all cost

Terrible company with appalling broadband service and the worst customer service we have experienced. It started off ok but service declined after several months to the point our broadband and phone service is unusable. Strongly recommend you do not try this outfit.

Our internet has been dropping out for several weeks. I rang Voneus and Kanya, the customer service agent, was so helpful in getting our connection repaired. He talked me through everything he was doing and was very patient as I am nearly 80 and not very good with modern tech. He was kind and considerate and unfailingly polite and advised me on how to avoid the problem in the future. I hope next time I have a problem, he's the one who answers the phone.

The installation went really well and the two guys were great, Marcus and Bilal. No issues, everything explained and the work carried out quickly and without any mess. Good communication all the way through the process too.

Had WiFi installed this week As a new customer to Voneus I have to say ‘so far, so good’. My initial contact was withJack (Sales) (who was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. He talked me through the various plans and I settled on the one I thought would be most suitable. The engineer who arrived to install was equally professional and courteous. He installed the equipment quickly and efficiently. First impressions are extremely positive!

Andiswa, the Voneous technical customer service agent I spoke with, was exceptionally personable and light hearted, a great listener, and she was able to answer my questions and resolve my printer connection difficulties quickly and painlessly. So I am happy to recommend Venous customer service. Thank you for a great service!

Very pleased with the help and advice given by Nokwanda about the problem with intermittent loss of the internet connection on my Laptop, later i had the Laptop checked by a qualified IT Technician and updated ect , however i did get a short notification of modem disconnection whilst onsite, but will wait and see if it happens again, the IT Technician said that it could be a modem problem, lets wait and see ? ? ?
