Jade was brilliant

Jade was brilliant from the customer services team with prompt and detailed responses to our correspondences. We ended up sorting everything within an hour of first contact and multiple emails with no pressure to respond quickly. Very happy with the services and remaining as a customer.

Can only say positive words about Voneus and entering my 3rd year with them with the knowledge that there broadband will serve me well. Like to thank Jade Browning for issuing my new contract and her colleagues at Voneus for there support via telephone conversation. 100% recommended broadband from Voneus . Internet connection

I have been having trouble with my internet connection for quite some time. Having Speaking to Nommy today she helped me with my problem. She was very polite and patient and talked me through what I needed to do. I very much appreciated her help.
