Did not have to wait to long on the phone before it was answered. Operater Kevin tried to resolve the issue but identified router needed replacing and would need to book engineer. Heard next day engineer would becoming the next day with new router which remedied the issue.

After having a bad experience after many years being with voneus, being very let down by them, and unable to get any correspondence or any outcome over the last few weeks, I spoke with a very lovely and helpful agent called Nomzamo.
Nomzamo was extremely helpful, understanding, and fast acting. Nomzamo sorted out my issue and kept on the line with me all the time explaining what the plan going forward was. After the call Nomzamo actually called me back after sorting everything. After all that has been going on with issues it was really lovely the after thought of customer care that was given by Nomzamo. Thank you for helping me.

Nommy was very helpful and knowledgible. It could not have been easy as I am in my 80s!

I was experiencing intermittent problems with my broadband connection. I rang Customer Service and Nommy answered my call. She tried making connection to my router but was unsuccesful and arranged for scheduling to ring me back. On the same day an Engineer visit was scheduled for 4 days later. The Engineer visit was successful.

Brandon was very helpful and patient in resolving my broadband issue.
He explained what he was doing every step pf the way and was very thorough.
My broadband was restored and is now working correctly.
However the restoration of my landline has had to be handed to another department and I am awaiting further action..

I had a very quick response to a phone call to the Voneus technical department regarding a fault which showed that my devices were connected to the router but not receiving the internet. My query was dealt with by Mercy Gasa who ran an external check and confirmed that from the Voneus end, all was in order and I confirmed that all the green lights on both the fibreoptic junction box and router were on as normal. Mercy raised a diagnostic case and told me she would get back to me as soon as possible. As a final check, I de-powered all the WiFi equipment and rebooted it. Once back on line, the fault had disappeared.
Mercy called my on my mobile phone shortly afterwards and I informed her that all was well. Throughout the duration of the incident, Mercy was thoroughly professional and courteous and, in the interim had run a further check of the system which, again showed all was well with the Voneus signal. I was very grateful that even though I could have rebooted the system earlier and saved Mercy more work, she remained very upbeat and courteous. A first class service which deserved top marks.

Jade Browning was prompt to reply, solved my problem quickly and efficiently and was friendly but professional at all times.

I contacted Voneus about my renewal, expecting to be let down and then need to go with another supplier. However, when I contacted their renewals team I was firstly greated by a female who I didn't catch her name unfortunately, but she was very helpful. I expressed to her I wished to remain a customer and wanted to discuss an upgrade as part of my renewal. She took my details and said someone would contact me. I didn't have much hope. Yet, i recieved an email that same day from Jade Browning, who asked me about my quotes from elsewhere. Jade was able to upgrade my plan at an even better price than other suppliers. This was refreshing and showed that loyalty wasn't just a thing of the past. Ive never had any issues with voneus so was very happy I could stick with them.

I rang voneus regarding a deal, I was told someone would get back to me within a few days so I didn't really expect much as more often than not this doesn't usually happen. I received an email from Jade Browning a day or two later as she couldn't get hold of me via phone. Jade was very helpful and sorted my issue without any hassle whatsoever thank goodness some people can get the job done , very happy customer

I have been with Voneus on a fast fibre set up for two years. They quickly rectified a problem when my house insulation installers severed the connection. At contract renewal time i negotiated with Jade in the Voneus renewals team who handled my case courteously and respectfully so i have renewed with them gor a further two years.

Jade was brilliant from the customer services team with prompt and detailed responses to our correspondences. We ended up sorting everything within an hour of first contact and multiple emails with no pressure to respond quickly. Very happy with the services and remaining as a customer.
