My broadband was running very slowly, and the connected landline had stopped working. The conversation with Voneus was halted several times due to mobile signal being very patchy in our area, but Kamva the customer service person was very patient and finally managed to reconfigure the broadband and landline. Everything now working as it should.

Don't know what the hell they are talking about.
I'm not one of there customers.
I left them several months ago.
They are all a bunch of idiots.
I left because thier service was appauling.

I needed some technical help with my VOIP phone and router, which Kanya was happy to provide. Everything was carried out quickly, efficiently and politely. Great customer service!

If you want to get service from a real human being with a sense of humour then look no further than Nondumiso. She works as a Customer Service Agent for Voneus. When I called, she looked after me very well, quickly understood and resolved my problem. She was laughing when she realised that I’d not understood the difference between Wireless Key and password. This I also found very funny since normally I would have tried both but on this occasion I hadn’t. So, along with her, I was laughing at myself.

Anybody that has got a sense of humour as empathetic as Naomi’s, and with such a lightness of touch, gets gold stars as far as I’m concerned. She was clearly laughing with me and not at me. When did anybody ever have an AI experience like that? Thanks Nondumiso for helping me through the day.

The telephone call was very good and clear. Brandon talked me through everything. WiFi now seems to be working well, with no drop outs on the television.

They operator was very professional and helpful polite considerate but unfortunately the background noise was not his fault but other sellers operators were so vocal and loud. It actually affected the phone call wasn’t to do that my operator. It was then there was they should be ashamed of himself and it’s not a good image for your company.

I have been without broadband before I managed to speak with Sibu. He listened and found the route cause of the issue (ONT deployment). One that was found and rectified we then installed the router and were able to configure it. Thanks Sibu for 2hrs of your time and help.

Helpful, friendly and efficient

My fibre was damaged by another company who were installing fibre for a neighbour. Voneus customer service (Brandon) were very helpfull to arrange a technical support visit as quick as possible and a new fibre was installed. Excellent customer service and excellent broadband company!

After waiting a worrying 24 hours with a flashing red light on the "Globe" led on my Voneus router, I tried everything I remember being told to try in the past but still a red light. I rang the number and eventually talked to the charming ANDISWA. She reassured me that we will solve this and after several tests we opted for a reset. All went well and she was able to check the router configuration. A speedtest showed we were back to normal and I could relax again. Thank you ANDISWA.
