We had an amazing experience with Vinyl Flooring Direct, friendly, knowledgeable and very patient sales advisors that guided us thru the whole buying process. A big decision for us moving into our new home but definitely the right one when choosing the flooring from Vinyl Flooring Direct, quality for reasonable price.

I ordered a few samples and they were delivered quickly. The 'Supremo Royal Rigid Core Natural Country With Built In Underlay 6mm' boards appear much better quality than other samples I've received and the price is excellent.

I'm ordering 88m2 for the whole flat, including the bathroom and kitchen!

The most awful company I have ever come across. The click and connect flooring we purchased did not click together correctly, it was attempted by a flooring specialist and builder and there were so many areas where the joins did not lie flat, even on a completely flat surface. We therefore wasted over £1000. The customer service was even worse, on sending an email and photos as proof they completely blamed it on me and my builder and took no responsibility, they then threatened me if I wrote a negative review, which is completely within my rights as a customer. They said I could buy more from them with a % off, so wanted me to spend more money rather than validating my negative experience or offering any form of compensation. They then blocked my email address so that I could not respond.

Received damaged flooring approx 20 boards. Provided images but they made out as though I was lying and told me to complete the job and if I still needed boards they would send out what is needed. Also said that I should have ordered extra for wastage. For me wastage is for cuts not damage. They only responded to my emails and phone calls after raising a dispute on paypal and requesting a partial refund. This company also goes by Wood and beyond.

Never ever again would I buy from these people. Shocking customer service that will lie to you, not return calls as promised. As for getting your refund good luck with that I had to fight and fight to get my refund after lying and saying 1 box was missing. Then they never mentioned that again instead they decided to say the items were returned damaged. It was only after asking for a photo of my pallet upon return to their warehouse showing the packaged pallett & getting confirmation from the shipping company who had the delivery note showing that someone called Derek had signed for it & had there have been any damage to the pallett it would have been added in the note box to say this. Now they have refunded and I'm £120 out of pocket. I made so many phone calls to these cowboys. Liars. Do not believe their t&Cs as it is utter rubbish. The worst stressful experience of my life. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. You've been warned.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, Ordered supremo click vinyl tiles from them by end of Jan 2021.

From the complicated order to delayed delivery, Poor quality of tiles to pathetic customer care, they keep playing with customers concerns. After a delayed delivery , I put it for acclimatization immediately in the room where I had to lay the tiles as I had to move to my new home on 1 Feb 2021. When my fitter opened the first box, 3 tiles were full of scratches and 1 edge broken. Immediately reported the case to their customer care and as per their instruction, sent email with pictures to Info. Though a response was guaranteed in 48hts, nothing came. My fitter refused to lay the tiles stating it will affect his reputation. He too spoke to the customer service agent of Vinyl direcr but of no use.

Emails after emails, no response.

My kids couldn't walk on bare and cold floor. The carpet was already removed to lay new tiles. So I've decided to lay the tiles using another fitter. Result 80% joints came bulging up and lot more scratched tiles. A DIY friendly tiles shaping up this bad, when laid by an experienced fitter!!!

So I had to call them again after 4 days, to my surprise, the lady said she hasn't received any emails!!! This time she asked me to send emails to customer.service. A response came finally saying they will check sample from the same lot in their depot and sent a me a video later stating everything is fine!!

Despite my request, they refused to escalate calls to responsible persons, denied my plea to send a staff to my home to atleast verify my complaints.

So am fully disappointed and thinking of approaching an arbitration to resolve this case. Also to remove this substandard tiles replacing it with a branded good quality one.
