After searching for the right colour flooring I found it on this website. Payed and booked a date for delivery, it never arrived. The next day we had a delivery it was someone else’s order. If it wasn’t for Andrea sorting this out in a short space of time and getting the correct pallet to us after waiting 2 days I would have cancelled. Was impressed with Andrea she done exactly what she said she would do and she sorted it and got back to me to keep me updated through the process, Was very unhappy at first as anyone would be but Andrea provided great customer service and actually made the experience 100 times better than what it was at the beginning hense the 4 star review if it wasn’t for the great customer service there would of been one star review. Well done Andrea
