I have to give it to this company, the old delivery service is no longer there and they have a new way to send it and are very prompt about your order. I recently tried there bulk 150 mg thc powder, it works great and helps my combat ptsd and chronic pain. I'm impressed so i subscribed for 1000 mg every 4 weeks. I've tried many products for my issues and found this powder works great cause you can make your own dosage for what you pain or anxiety is. If your on the ropes about it, just order the small individual pack to try and see if you like it..

My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. I placed an order, but the product was never shipped. Customer service takes days to respond, and the responses appear to be a AI replies rather than actual assistance. The company advertises a money-back guarantee, but after purchasing, I was told that refunds are only issued as store credit.
Since my original order was never shipped, this leaves you stuck in a cycle where you supposedly receive store credit but you still can’t get the original product you paid for.

Such a great variety of products to choose from and perks the more you try. I purchased during a sale and they did have some backlog with their shipping agent at that time. This product is INEFFECTIVE. DOES NOT WORK.
I bought all three tubs to try because of their MONEY BACK GUARANTEE which is displayed prominently in email marketing to me which caused me to confidently purchase this very expensive product ($300.) After giving it weeks of trials, starting with 1/3 scoop and gradually increasing to ONE FULL scoop, there was NO EFFECT. I typically only need 5MG THC. So doing a full scoop of what should have been 25MG THC should have done the job. NOTHING, even after waiting hours. Skip all of the complaints about shipping, for those that did receive the product, it doesn't work or they have very crappy production which causes expensive tubs of product to not have the advertised dosage, or even no THC. Read the other negative reports from buyers who report the same thing.
Further, when I reported the issue to Sprinkle, they told me they only offer a store credit, not a refund. There is nothing in the store that I would want to apply a credit in exchange for, NOTHING WORKS.
** Sprinkle caved and gave me a full refund. They did ask me to remove my negative review which I WILL NOT REMOVE. I am saddened to know that they are selling a scam product that does not actually contain the THC advertised and does not work. The customers who haven't received their product should consider filing a chargeback. If they do wind up receiving product, pay careful attention as to whether there is ANY EFFECT AFTER CONSUMING THIS PRODUCT. For me, it was just mixing a nothing powder into water and drinking it resulting in no effect. I even tried the free bottle of THC tonic they gave me. NOTHING, no effect. I wish someone who had access to a lab would test this. Total Scam.

UPDATED: Sprinkle doesn’t ship or process orders…
Sprinkle doesn’t ship or process orders within their “72 hours” time window they advertise on their website. It has also been over a week since I ordered, with no updates on processing, which should have taken, at max, the 72 hour time window. Upon contacting them to inquire about this, they had sent an automated response that had also given me a 72 hour time window for response. You can imagine that they didn’t contact me or anything. It seems like they just took my $200 and ran. Very disappointed with this company and have cancelled my subscription. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
UPDATE 9/20/26: After receiving an email about my review, asking if I could take it down, and providing expedited shipping, Sprinkle has me feeling mixed about their business. I appreciate that they did what was right, or what they thought, to mitigate my problem. Upon receiving my order, it seemed like one of the tubs was not properly sealed and made a mess when I opened it (not to mention the wasted drink mix), so that was annoying. Another thing is that they had only tried to fix the problem when it affected the public outlook of their business. I would not have written the review had they responded to me in the time frame they mention on their own website. On one hand, the drink mix is effective and doesn't have an earthy taste, all things considered, and on the other hand, it does not mix as well as they say - and leaves a sticky residue on your teeth. One more thing is that the scooper doesn't have any marks for a half-dose, nor does the packaging tell you anything about the dosage other than the one scoop size.
TLDR: I am going to update my review to 2 stars because of how they handled the situation. Still dissatisfied in the product, itself, and the quality control. Overall, it seems like the company is on the right track, but is growing faster than they can handle themselves. I would not be surprised if the quality drops as they get bigger.

I struggle with fibromyalgia chronic pain and fatigue. I also have COPD so smoking is out. I tried Sprinkle and found my happy place! I mix it with water and a splash of lemonade and it’s a nice, refreshing drink with a fast acting buzz. It helps with my pain during the day and helps me sleep like a rock at night. I do Chill 500 days and 1000 mg at night.
Service is great! I wish delivery was a little quicker but I understand you guys are a small business with a huge customer base. I highly 🙃recommend Sprinkle for all your CBD needs!

My order came quickly. I ordered the “sleep “ powder and the “party” powder. I first tried a full scoop of the sleep and slept very well, however I was groggy for a few hours after I woke up. I’ve since used a half scoop and it’s worked better for me as far as morning grogginess while still sleeping well. The party variety is just that 😉😃. When you open the tubs they definitely have that “pot” smell, but hardly noticeable after mixed. I definitely recommend!!
