Ordered July 6 26, never received, Kate would respond to my emails saying 2 to 3 weeks out, after hearing that about 5 times I finally said to refund my money, they ghosted me, not a word from them, I got scammed, whoa is me, moving on, your a fool ( like me) if you do business with this company they’ll take your money, it’s a scam, be warned

I placed an order on September 11, 2026 for $82 which is six items after promos. I didn't receive a confirmation email. I did receive an email stating they were packing my order. I've received a couple of those. Two weeks later, I left a message on their Contact page, included the details (date, time, amount, last 4 of CC) and asked that they reply with my order number so I could track on their site, and an ETA. They responded that they are moving production to TX and don't have product to send as they are in the middle of this move. They said I would receive the new formula product at no additional charge, and add two cans for my trouble. I replied, this seems like a typical "freebie trap," or "retention bait;" a secondary victimization tactic employed in scams, and that my confidence was low, and also they did not give me the order number as I had requested. I asked them to dig into the packing boxes or containers what have you and send me whatever packets in whatever flavors they had in the amount that I ordered, never mind the upgraded product, and I would not push back on flavors not matching as long as I got the quantity I ordered. I got a response from them, with the order number, which I confirmed online their website; they asked if I would like to continue with the order or cancel for refund. I did a search online if this is a legitimate product or simply a scam, and it appears some people have received product, and some have not. So I am letting things proceed for now, although I have a new concern. When I looked up the order online, it noted there was a shortage of product, and they anticipated shipping on November 11, which is two months after my order date. I believe two months is the legal deadline for contesting a charges.

I order back in June. Next day I got an email saying the were processing order. Later that day I got an email saying they had shipped my order and gave me a tracking number ( not USPS because it is from China or something so had to go through track17. After waiting till August for my package I went to track it and Track17 had no record of that tracking number. So I emailed them. I was told they were in the middle of moving their manufacturing to the United States and they were about 4 weeks out from being able to send anything out. I waited 4 weeks I emailed them again they said they were still two weeks out. Then again they were still two weeks out. So I brought up all of the previous shit they like the tracking number they gave me and that it was already sent out and they were like we're sorry if you would like a refund we can do that and I said no I don't want to refund I want my pouches but without talking to me they just refunded my money. And I know all of this sounds like it's not that bad but where are the original pouches they sent me how did they get a tracking number without actually having sent something don't buy from them.

Terrible wait times. I've ordered twice because I got a text that apologized greatly for the inconvenience, and that they were moving to the USA and it would be faster and blah blah blah. First order I had to dispute the charge because they said they refunded me and they never did, blamed my financial institution. Got the apologetic text, figured I'd give them another shot and well, fool me twice, shame on me. Months later and still waiting. They say 1-2 weeks every time you get a response. How are these people still in business? Has anyone actually received an order from them?

They do not tell you when you can expect to receive your order. It's been over a month! Now this is not the only chill pouch company I have had this problem. So there must be a theme here.

Don’t answer emails or phone. Took money and ran

I placed an order, never received confirmation email but they definitely took the payment. I emailed re: order, placed a call and even tried to send a message through their site and it wouldn't send. Bad business for sure and I'm not even sure I'll receive my order let alone my order since I can't get a response.

I ordered them in February and they are still not here as of September 11th. Shipping issues is what they say. Then they say “I thought you already received them”

Complete waist of money!! Took forever to get, way to much money, and don't do anything at all!!! Flavor is good but that's it. Not worth anything!

I ordered pouches in May, and we are now in September. They keep saying they will ship them in two weeks, but nothing has arrived. I asked for a refund, and they asked me to send my order number. I'm hoping to receive my $36 refund.
It's so disappointing because I waited patiently and really wanted to try, but enough is enough. :(

They are the worst company ever they told me they were moving their company from China to the US. I’ve been waiting for my delivery for two months and every month they keep telling me I have to wait another 1 to 3 weeks he keep lying to me they keep giving me the same automated message. They don’t seem to care about their customers or their products. I do not recommend anybody spend their money on this. I do not recommend Amazon selling their products. their products are not useful waste of money and your waste of your time so anyone from Amazon corporate reads this message discontinue with this company they’re the worst

I wouldn’t even give them one star but they don’t give you that choice. DO NOT BUY!!! Such a scam! I placed my order May 15th and I still haven’t received it. BS about transitioning from I guess China (since everything comes from China), to Texas. The last email I received was in July saying it would be 1-2 weeks. It’s now been about 7 weeks since then. I sent an email today telling them I want a refund. I won’t hold my breath.

Placed order may 10, 2026. Waited. Remembered I had ordered but not seen any movement on it. Contacted them. Told me they're in process of moving operations to Texas and it would be 4-6 weeks. Waited more. Sent additional emails for updates, every time it was another "we're still 1 - 2 weeks out". Now its September 2nd. Nothing. Absolute scam, bad business.

Scam....they take money...give excuses on shipping delay, then halt all communication and will not refund money

Waited 3 months for my order then asked for a refund and I've been waiting and month for that. Doubt I'm getting either at this point. SCAM!!

My experience was like all the reviews that follow. I showed my husband to look at Trust Pilot for any product he might be thinking to buy from this company is a great reason why to always look at this site for reviews. Please don’t buy if you are looking for a rush on the time nobody speaks of receiving the product.. BBB next stop!!!

Here's the thing, I got mine, finally! But only after simply forgetting that I even ordered them and moving on with life lol! They sent me additional cans for the wait. They taste good. I feel relaxed, a little sleepy, and very unmotivated. No euphoria though.

Took my money and never even contacted me. Have emailed and received no response and no product. Definitely a scam company.

Terrible. Ordered pouches over a month ago and nothing. Took my money very quickly but never have received the product. Got a couple of excuse emails promising they would be shipped soon. Then when I got tired of waiting and asked for a refund…crickets. Zero communication. Very shady company (if it’s even a real company).

Got the same run around from the company. but was told they were out of product and it would take a little longer. so I waited and waited and finally canceled order and got a refund. That was around May of this year. Yesterday I get to work and low and behold there's my order and they didn't charge me. Can't tell if it's even doing anything. That was Oasis pouches.
