Had a few delays on shipping including unfortunate damage , and when taking time to email concerns immediately taken care of and replaced. Great taste definitely enjoy. Subscribing definitely helped with not running out !

my wife and I really like Willie's. Have reordered 3x.
It is not inexpensive, but we enjoy the relaxing buzz.
We like the 10mg strength.

I placed an order ($180) and choose the 4-5 day shipping. Two weeks later and my order hadn't arrived. I emailed them and 5 days later received a response, "we'll send you tracking info when your order ships".
Terrible way to run a business.

'Purchased two bottles from Total Wine & More store in Durham,NC. On sale for $46.99 a bottle. Had one straight shot next night...made me sleepy. Next day, 4;00 p.m, had two straight shots within an hour. Had a nice high going, tho by 6;00 was nauseous,& unfortunately that lasted into the next day. I believe I consumed too much for my first try, & didn't have enough food in my stomach. So just be wise. Start with one shot, don't drink on an empty stomach, & probably better to mix with another beverage."

Willies is trash!! I ordered the high road bundle on November 24th, delivered on December 16th destroyed, corks out of bottles and frozen. Missing the shot glasses and both the 5 and 10 mg shots. Over 59 phone calls and emails containing pics and they still have done nothing. Also misleading by using Willie Nelson, everyone there is a foreigner. Extremely unpleased with this company and all should know this

It’s been a total joke! Ordered early for Christmas with a guaranteed delivery date before Christmas. Hasn’t even shipped yet!!! And very disappointed in almost, zero customer support, or care. Never again!!!!!!

Im updated my review, the bummer was it didn't come on time, it was very late...but it was Christmas time and they were overwhelmed.
The Willies is amazing! Its the perfect, mello, relaxing buzz. I gave some as gifts and everyone loved it. I highly recommend this product!

It's been 3 weeks since i ordered. Doesn't even show that its been processed. I've sent 3 messages, was messaged back 1 time. I told them that its a large order that has Christmas gifts for 4 people, and I really needed to know if I would have gifts for my guests. They assured me it would be here by Christmas. I just messaged them again day before yesterday, trying to verify if it would arrive, but its been crickets. I cant afford new gifts when they have close to $300 of mine.

I'm giving 3 stars bc they have good customer service (they respond quickly). Otherwise, I ordered nov 26th for Christmas. It's set to arrive December 26th. Not in time for christmas. Yet they marketed 2 weeks b4 christmas to hurry and order to get yours by christmas. Not impressed at all.
