My order came quickly and works great!
My order came quickly. I ordered the “sleep “ powder and the “party” powder. I first tried a full scoop of the sleep and slept very well, however I was groggy for a few hours after I woke up. I’ve since used a half scoop and it’s worked better for me as far as morning grogginess while still sleeping well. The party variety is just that 😉😃. When you open the tubs they definitely have that “pot” smell, but hardly noticeable after mixed. I definitely recommend!!

FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY FAIL
MAJOR FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY PROBLEMS. I have read several reports of this, and I am in the same boat. I have been waiting over two weeks for my order, and that was after paying for fast shipping. Obviously they are having inventory problems, but they should not be advertising so aggressively if they can't deliver the orders. They sure have no trouble accepting payment. BUYER BEWARE. There are a lot of competitors in this space.
UPDATE - I wrote to cancel the order, finally got a timely response. To their credit they agreed to give me a full refund, which they took care of right away. I hope they straighten out their inventory and fulfillment issues.

I’d like to be able to review the product but it has to be shipped to me first. Waiting five days now for a shipping notice. Received an automated reply to my email with a promise of a human response within 72 hours. That hasn’t happened yet either. If I ever receive my order I will never purchase from them again- regardless of how good it is if this is the level of customer service that is provided. I’ll give them a few more days before I dispute the charge with my CC company. Bummer.
UPDATE- I WANT MY MONEY NACK. After my original negative review I received basically the same apology as everyone else. I was later contacted that my order would be”likely” be going out this week. I was contacted by sprinkle for additional info so that they could elevate my case and get it resolved. Still NOTHING. IT has now been more than two weeks and no shipping notification. I see others posting about receiving orders. I’ve got NOTHING. They took my $100 bucks instantly. I still have nothing. NOTHING. This morning I saw three more ads for Sprinkle. They are having fulfillment issues yet the continue to aggressively advertise. Still I have NOTHING but empty promises and $100 less in my wallet. Based on this update I’ll expect the same BS apology that everyone else who is getting scr@&ed will get along with a hollow promise that they will look into this and fix it. And after that I will still have surely still have NOTHING. My experience is that the only guarantee is that this bunch of crooks will continue to string me along. I don’t want your product. I can already hear the standard reply of “no refunds” but they will give me credit so I can purchase again. I want my money. I am usually leary of ordering crap from Facebook and this is why. Sprinkle- I don’t want another empty promise. I don’t want to keep waiting. I want my $100 back. In case you missed it, I WANT MY $100 BACK. It works like this people purchase something and the company. They packages the order and then sends it in a timely fashion to the person who made the purchase and PAID FOR IT. That is business 101. I WANT MY $100 BACK.

Another victim of this what I only assume is a scam at this point. Took the money. No communication follow up from their “support” or “ customer service” after several attempts. There is now an obvious reason why there is no phone number. Contacting pay pal today to dispute.

Yep, no delivery
Yep, count me in the "never delivered club". Order August 20th, #148319. Sent email and the reply said they would ship last week or early this week. Still nothing. I sent another email 2 days agi saying if they cannot ship within 24hrs then I demand a refund. Of course no reply to that. Meanwhile, I ordered Willies again and it shipped next day.
**Update** The day after I submitted this review my order had a label created and products shipped. The Restore is a good product. I enjoyed it very much. Tastes as good as Willys and hits a little harder. Their customer service then contacted me, offered to create a free 2 bottle order and send it to me. Of course they wanted me to change my review or at least remove it until I received the free order. I stated that the product itself is good but I needed to see their shipping problems had been solved. They have contacted me several times since asking me to remove my review until the free bottles were received. It took them 11 days from the free order creation until it shipped. To me, it is still unacceptable. So thanks for the free bottles, but I cannot and will not order from this company again until their shipping issues are resolved and then only with some trepidation. There are plenty of other products and companies to choose from.

Completely unreliable and poor communication
I would love to review this product, but the website says it ships within 72 hours. It’s now been over a week since I’ve ordered and they have not even shipped the item yet. I have had no response from customer service either. Meanwhile, I paid extra for expedited shipping.
And they asked me for information to contact me, which I provided and have not heard anything back from them. They only responded to the review without doing anything about it. Then after I disputed it with my bank, they finally decided to try to ship it to me via UPS ground - created a label but UPS does not even have it and I paid extra USPS priority shipping. From what I understand once they create a label it can be as long as 10 days before they actually send it. Do not ever do business with this company.
They provided me with a refund which I greatly appreciate. At the same time I have gotten three emails asking me to take down this review. I don’t think it’s reasonable considering that their customer service was so unresponsive.

Finally got my order after 3 weeks but missing items
Unfortunately, my order took over 3 weeks to ship. After multiple emails and communications, I did receive my order and the company made good on some of the issues I had with the shipping and missing promotional products.
The product itself is ok. Tasteless and it does disolve, but there are times were it does not fully disolve. I was looking forward to the shots to compare to another brand that I typically order from, but after not receiving them I was told they were out of stock.
The potency isn't as strong as I anticipated but overall it's ok. I'm still on the fence if I would order this product again or go with my original brand.

Recommended for a gentle calm
I enjoy Sprinkle in the evening for a way to unwind without the heaviness of alcohol. It’s mild enough to have often without leaving me tired the next day. In fact I often feel better the next day because I had a better nights’ sleep. I highly recommend for anyone wishing to cut back on alcohol but still have a drink.

I was hopeful about this product
I was hopeful about this product, after using for a couple of weeks I've come to some conclusions:
I bought the Chill lite and Chill Go and I think its only a difference in scoop size? I did buy one larger than the other but I can't see it matters.
It doesn't last very long, only about 30 min so I need to drink more faster?
It will dissolve in cold beverages eventually so be prepared to answer why there are floaties in your drink.
I've taken to dissolve a few servings before, but I shouldn't have to.
My tolerance is the culprit, I know...but floaties?
Unless I learn that I'm the cause for floaties I won't be ordering any more.

I love this product! The sprinkle brand restore THC infused potion gives even a chronic smoker, such as myself a smooth relaxation and sleep that I have not experienced in a long time. I highly recommend this product. It is shipped directly to my door, which I also love and arrive safely.

Had some shipping issues at first but…
Had some shipping issues at first but Sprinkle made it right. I purchased the Sprinkle tonic Restore bottle. Started out with half a shot and felt a mild head change. The next time I had a shot and a half (the recommended dose) and it was a little too much for me. I now know 1 shot is the dose for me personally. I’m a light weight I guess. Felt good, had a good laugh and in a cheerful mood. Slept like a baby and give me the munchies. Great for me cause I’m trying to kick drinking alcohol. I can honestly say this product is legit, I had my doubts before but I’m a fan. I also have the powder form but haven’t tried it yet. I’ll update this review once I try some.

The Sprinkle product is very good in my opinion and at the moment it is my favorite source of THC. I like the convenience of the powder. My only complaint would be that it is difficult to dissolve the powder. It leaves the residue on the glass, therefore I have to hand wash the glass. Yes, I will be buying more in the future
