I grew up in the 70's and have grown tired of alcohol and the problems associated with it. Tried the Spirit and loved the relaxation it created. Iam now a believer. Looking forward to using your other products.

Update: company has reached out and it looks like my order is on the way. I actually feel bad for them, they seem overwhelmed. On any case I've added 2 stars but will update again if product not received timely.
Love this product but the company itself is a disappointment. My last order was placed 9/4, its 9/14 and they are still preparing my order. Mind you, money was received that day as I paid via credit card. Placed an order that same-day with a similar online site and received my order within a few days. This has been my experience with this company since January. No emails to explain these delays. Its just poor business practice and if I could find a similar product I would never deal with this company ever again.

I did receive my second order from Sprinkle after a long delay. After several emails, Sprinkle made it right with an understandable explanation and a generous rebate. I tried the powder this time and I am very happy with it. Assuming Sprinkle gets their logistics issues worked out, I will be ordering from them again.

I like the flexibility of adding this powder to any drink, and the fast action!

The product came pretty quick. It’s a great price when you get the large container. I use my own measuring spoon to get the right amount for me. It helps with pain and sleep. Stock up while you can. 😜

Not a big fan of the powders due to the amount of maltodextrin bulking it up. I reached out to Sprinkle to let them know and they were cool and sent me a couple bottles of the restore to replace it. Yeah shipping took a long time but they explained the situation and ultimately I'm happy with my purchase.

UPDATE: My first order was placed on 8/20. On 8/28 I wrote my first review of Sprinkle when product was not being delivered as promised. Then on 8/29 I received email saying Sprinkle was going to give a full refund and overnight it on Monday 9/1 to make things right. I responded accepting offer. STILL NO DELIVERY! So I sent emails to many different customer service links to ask for a full refund. Upon doing so, I again received another email stating that all my products were on the way, with full refund and asked if I would consider removing my one star review.
Seeing as they seemed to be trying to make things right, I again accepted their offer. The first shipment arrived on 9/5 with 3 items(I ordered 3 of their products and was SUPPOSED to get 7 freebies)This order had 2 items I ordered plus 1 free sleep sample. The second and final delivery arrived 9/8 and had 1 Restore bottle….no freebies. So , I believe in being fair and truthful about this review. I received a full refund and 4 Sprinkle products.(The other 6 freebies would’ve been nice to try) I gave 3stars because of the extended time it took to get the products and the lack of communication. I did try the products. They’re actually really good. Just sucks that my first experience with this brand was so bad.

Update: they reached out and acknowledged my order and said it would be processed soon. Placed order 21 days ago and still no update on my order.

I placed an order and have yet to receive a notification that it has shipped and I sent an email to their support email with no response. I am nervous I just lost money as they are not responding and now their website isn't loading and says "no secure connection". Did I just get scammed?

I ordered a sample pack of 10 (5mg) just to try this product. Ordered on 8/25/2026, received notification that is was shipped 8/31. This included a tracking number for the order with USPS. The status on USPS website was "USPS Awaiting item" on 8/31. The status hasn't changed as of 9/12. I submitted a ticket and was unable to create a user id on the website to view my ticket status. I'm a tech savvy person the website has issues. At this point I created a second ticket and am preparing to dispute the credit card charge.
Update: two(2) tickets created. Information provided through trust pilot as requested. No response as of 9/14.

The product relaxed me just enough, not so much that I was dozing off. Alcohol and I don’t get along so this is the perfect solution.

Edit to add it took a trustpiolet review for someone to finally do something and they want me to remove this review. I told them no to refund my money. I do want to add they offered a small refund and expedited shipping. I told them I want my money refunded.

I ordered on August 19 and still have not received my order. I contacted them and was given an apology for the delay. It’s almost a month since I ordered. Send a message and was told that it would be shipped soon. That email was sent August 24. I sent another message because my subscription is supposed to renew. What do after I sent another email, they close my ticket like everything was completed. They even sent a message to review to products I have yet to receive. I had a subscription with koi and they have been consistent. I am canceling my subscription and requesting a refund. This is ridiculous! Buyers beware!

Seems like there are a lot of us having major fulfillment/shipping issues. I ordered on August 24th, it is now September 11th, 18 days later.

They also charged me for shipping on this when they said they would not. I don't want to, but I'm gong to have to contact my bank, this is ridiculous.

I work with people who have PTSD and I really wanted to refer them to this company. There is no way I will recommend this company unless they fix things. So many sales they're going to lose out on from me alone.

Guess what? Their entire website is down now. And, I find it very interesting that the reviews here are answered right away. How about you put that manpower into your operations.

UPDATE/CURRENT STATUS: After multiple emails, Sprinkle finally refunded one of the two products I purchased to my original payment method, but said it as a “one-time courtesy.” I had requested refunds for both products, yet Sprinkle is once again offering me store credit for the second product instead of refunding it to my original payment method. I will update this review if Sprinkle resolves the outstanding refund.

I ordered 2 products from Sprinkle partly because the product page prominently advertised a “45-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE” with the statement “Love it or we’ll make it right".

Both products were within the 45-day period when I requested refunds. I was initially told that Sprinkle does not provide refunds to the original payment method and was offered store credit instead.

This is my main issue: store credit is not what I understood “money-back guarantee” to mean. The product page prominently advertises a 45-day money-back guarantee; it does not say “store-credit guarantee.” The limitation that refunds are provided as store credit appears in a separate refund policy linked at the very bottom of the website, alongside the types of links typically found in a website footer, such as Contact Us, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.

I understand that customers can click through and read the full refund policy. However, I don't think a prominently advertised “money-back guarantee” should require customers to search the website footer to discover that they don't actually get their money back.

I pointed out this discrepancy to customer service and asked Sprinkle to honor the guarantee as it was advertised when I made my purchases. After considerable back-and-forth, they eventually refunded one product to my original payment method, but described that refund as a “one-time courtesy.” I could not find anything in the advertised guarantee or refund policy stating that a refund to the original payment method is limited to a “one-time courtesy.” Both products were purchased under the same advertised guarantee and were within the guarantee period when I requested the refunds.

I had also clearly requested refunds for both products, not just one. After Sprinkle refunded only one, I had to contact customer service again to explain that my request was for both. Instead of simply processing the remaining refund, I am once again being offered store credit.

At this point, this has gone on for far too long. I should not have to repeatedly explain the same issue, point customer service back to its own advertising, and send multiple follow-up emails to try to obtain refunds for two products purchased under an advertised 45-day money-back guarantee.

As of this review, one of my two purchases has been refunded to my original payment method, and the second remains unresolved. I will update this review if Sprinkle processes the outstanding refund.

Regardless of the eventual outcome, I think prospective customers should be aware that Sprinkle's prominently advertised “45-day money-back guarantee” did not translate into a straightforward money-back refund in my experience. I recommend reading the separate refund policy carefully before purchasing rather than relying on the guarantee displayed on the product page.

When I started this review, i was disappointed about delivery times like a lot of folks. After talking to the rep, they made it right and didn't ghost me at all. It's a new market and I figure it is hard to deal with whatever pops up.

The only issue I had was time. The product is excellent. I wont kick them when they are down. I bet they will get the hang of it soon. Learning experience and all...

My wife and I enjoy the liquid and we are going to try the powder next. Everybody's body is different. While it takes alot for me, my wife just needs a sip. Thank you "Sam" for working these delays through in a very timely manner! Hope to order some more in the future. I bet if you give the compamy a chance, they will make ythe right choices and I wish them well. Next time it will probably be a 5 star review.

A teaspoon of Sprinkle powder added to almost any food literally gives me a feeling of calm in about 15-20 minutes and lasts a couple of hours. My favorite way to enjoy it is in an adaptogen seltzer like Trip or Moment brand at the end of a warm summer day and I don’t have to drive.
I can also stir it into some organic decaffeinated tea before bed and sleep like a baby! I really am so glad to have discovered Sprinkle!

2 weeks on order and no product received. No order progress information available. Several tech support tickets gone unanswered. No live support available. Subscription, canceled. Contesting payment through my banking establishment, next! This looks like they are taking money and not delivering goods.

The product take 2-3 weeks to get even though you pay for expedited shipping. And they will not refund your money even though they say they have a money back guarantee. When I realized it was gonna take two weeks, I tried to cancel my order, but they would not. They never respond to emails.

Never responded to 5 emails. I have texted, nothing, no response at all. I just want some kind of customer support.

Ordered a week ago, filled out a support ticket 2 days ago. I think their staff uses their sleeping product as no response and no tracking update that it was shipped.
