I had no issues with billing or delivery, my dissatisfaction is SOLELY with the product itself. I ordered the 'SLEEP' version, both in the huge jar AND a bunch of the little packets cuz I travel alot. IT IS SOOOO DISAPPOINTING. First of all, IT DOESN'T DISSOLVE EASILY AT ALL! I even use the tiny blender (like for froth in coffee or cappuccino) and it's still full of BIG ICKY LUMPS! I wrote to Customer Service and they suggest I first use a small amount of hot water, AND the little blender device, and once it dissolves in the hot water, then I can add cold water or a cold beverage... SHEESH! That's simply TOO MUCH WORK. The powder is kinda disgusting and there's no excuse for it.
Second of all -- even after forcing myself to drink it... I FELT ZERO. NOTHING. NADA. So I'm left with over $100 (maybe even $200) of useless product.
I normally drink THC Seltzers at night about an hour before bed, and those work GREAT for my sleep, however obviously I cannot travel with soda cans in my carry-on suitcase (not to mention I don't think it's legal).
If anyone LOVES this product, let me know and I will gladly ship you all these little unopened packets! They haven't been opened so they are totally clean and safe.

I only wish there were more honest reviews many months ago when I first ordered. Even ChatGPT simply pulls information from the company's website (how dumb is that, when asking for reviews).

We don’t drink alcohol but have used thc beverages for years, we have tried many companies. We were excited to see an option that was flavorless and dissolves in anything, but Sprinkle was disappointing. The high was very mild compared to other products, there is a lingering mild headache, there is just something off about this product. We tired all three kinds: calm, sleep and Go.

I really like Sprinkle! I started using it as an occasional alcohol replacement. Now, I rarely have alcohol. Sprinkle gives me a calm, relaxing feeling and a a restful night’s sleep. I’ve shared it with family and friends too. It’s a great product and a great, trusted company! I’m a fan!

My first order from Sprinkle was shipped quickly and discreetly. I purchased the “Chill” bulk 500 mg drink mix. The effects are mild, but not too mild. The name suits it well, it’s “Chill”. Effects usually last 3-4 hours for me.
After my initial experiences, I decided to purchase the larger 1000 mg drink mix as there was a “buy 2 get 1 free” offer. There was some confusion in the ordering process - probably on my end. I ordered 2, thinking that the third one would automatically be added to my order. So I was disappointed when only 2 arrived. I reached out via email and received a reply the same day to inform me that I should have added 3 to my cart instead of 2, and the third one would have been free. Sam, the customer service representative who replied to my emails was quick, courteous, and Sprinkle graciously shipped the third one out for free.

At first I was nervous but after the first scoop into my favorite glass of lemonade I was sold . I felt it kick in within 10 mins long lasting. No taste no sugar nothing but the highest quality used I will buy again

The product is ok. The customer service is not. My product was 13 days from order to delivery. I finally wrote to enquire (tracking wasn’t working) and got no response. I’d signed up for a subscription, which processed 2 weeks after I got the first order. I pushed the delivery date back a month, and they tried my card everyday for 9 days before I finally canceled my subscription. Super aggressive billing practices and super lax customer service. Would not recommend.

I suddenly started receiving products I didn't expect. Canceling wasn't straightforward and I'm still not sure I've succeeded. I don't like the product (I use gummies from several other sellers and I know what a 10 mg. dose feels like.) Sprinkle has a mild effect but it's not what I'm looking for. And I just don't like the way they do business.

Sprinkle gives me control over my health and well being. It give you the ability to control dosing without additives.

Nothing added bad for you like sugar, can mix it into what ever I want and it works as advertised.

I don’t have a problem going to sleep, my issue is I wake up during the night. Since taking the springle shortly before bedtime I seem to stay asleep longer. I still wake up but less than before. Hoping as I use more it keeps me fully asleep. If you are having an issue with sleep, I would recommend.

I cannot speak to the quality of the product but I can attest to the customer service and quality of the business. The company will not honor its 30 day money back guarantee. I received one response to my many emails. It appeared to be AI generated and stated they would not be issuing me a refund. The product had not been opened or even removed from the original shipping box. The home page clearly states there is a 30 day money back guarantee. A store credit was offered. That is a product exchange not money back. And all they sell are slight variations of the same product. It’s dishonest. I also believe the buyers reviews may be fake. I am not able to find a way to post a review on their site. The site is fairly simple so it should be a easy link to find. I may be missing it or maybe I have been blocked. Given the word games they are playing creating fake reviews or restricting buyers from leaving reviews would not be surprising. If their words and possibly reviews cannot be trusted then how about the product contents. What are their customers consuming? Given how this country has changed finding THC based products is not hard. Small businesses need support so we should be giving our business to honest ones.
