An issue with postage delayed delivery of my order by a few days. E-mail contact with the company pointing out this issue was replied to promptly and I received an
unreserved apology for the issue along with a reimbursement to my card for the inconvenience caused.
Excellent customer care and I would highly recommend The Sleeping Bag Store based on my personnel experience.

Best Customer Service I've Ever Experienced
Honestly the product was good, price was decent but the customer service was, by far, the best I've experienced. There was a little snag in the order and Stewart went above and beyond. I wish all companies took their customer service as seriously. Thank you Sleeping Bag Store!

Vango Cobalt Blue Nitestar Alpha Junior Quad
Already had this sleeping bag from this company (over 18mths) for our granddaughter to use when camping with cub scouts. She is very pleased with it's comfort&warmth so reordered the same again when grandson required one aswell. Ease of online ordering and customer service was very good, kept informed about the order via email, and delivery was very quick and on time. Would certainly use and recommend this company again.

The sleeping bag is amazing!
The sleeping bag is amazing!! Super comfortable and think perfect for camping. It was very warm but haven't used it in sub 0°c yet, definitely worth every penny.

Brilliant company
Brilliant company, mattress arrived on time well packaged. It’s a very comfortable air bed it needed a little extra inflation as wasn’t as full off air when left to inflate by itself, but a few puffs of air and it was good to use. Would recommend this air bed much softer and more padded than usual air mattress.
