My order was for a replacement handset for my Panasonic landline 4 hand set and messaging machine. One hand set went on the 'blink' and needed to be replaced. I received a replacement hand set from LIGO and followed the set up instructions to the letter. Unfortunately i was not able to get the new hand set to work Contacted the Ligo tech support team. I was always number one in the queue but the wait time for a response was so long that I requested the call back option. No one bothered to phone me back so after trying this on three occasions arranged to return the handset for a refund. My experience with Ligo I am sorry to say was not good. I will not be using them again.

As I wasn't having much luck getting to the payment page on the site I phoned. My order was dealt with, I was given my £5 off as it was my 1st order. My Smeg kettle was a brilliant price and it arrived the following day without any postage cost.

Bought 2 gigaset phones with extra hand sets - arrived well packed in Manufactures boxes - set up easy, good quality all round - delivered on time by Royal Mail.

Ordered Viking Traveller 8x21 binoculars for my partner to use when we are out nature watching as she prefers the smaller size. Ordering process was easy and they were delivered quickly. Very happy with the experience.

We bought first class telephone handset from Ligo about 12 years ago and first class service. Our recent experience is no different. Easy to order fast delivery. We are yet to install the new handset as we are mid decoration, but I have no doubt they will serve us well and the company will support us should there be difficulties.

The Panasonic Cordless phones x4 received in good condition but there was a problem which the help desk, namely Lewis, was sorted with patience and good communication.

Pricing and range of products are excellent with quick service and delivery. I had a manufacturing problem with a tent (not down to LiGo) and they dealt very promptly with the return and refund.
