To access, visit the "account" section on our website menu, and choose the "register" option with the email address you provided when you purchased to create an account. We'll send you a verification email. Once you click on included link, you'll be able to login with your email address and the password and manage your subscription plan.

Their probiotic chews did nothing for my GSP. Wanted a refund of $70 for two jars but they said no. Would NOT recommend this product or the company.

We're sorry you're not seeing the desired results with our Probiotic Chews. We've found it usually takes 3 months of the recommended daily dose to see potential benefits. That's normal for any supplement.
As for our return policy, the items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Please keep in mind that return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Wet package
Hello, The Delivery person left the package on the 2nd step of out front entranceway which is not covered by the roof. If he left it closer to the front door it would have been covered and the bag would not have been full of water from the rain. Good thing the plastic jars are sealed!
